Kate and her team were amazing to work with. She was very communicative and friendly, and really got to know me and my husband. She shot our engagement photos in downtown Annapolis and made a freezing day look warm and springtime. We were amazed with the quality of the photos and how damn good we looked! We’re both camera shy, and she helped us feel at ease. Then for our wedding she and Michael worked together to perfectly capture the beautiful crazy day! We will cherish these photos for the rest of our lives. I’ve recommended her to two friends already!

Pearly Kate Photography was absolutely incredible! When we first met Kate for a consultation, she took the time to truely know us, and even teared up when we told her about how we met and fell in love! We knew after the first meeting that this was our photographer for the big day. Over the months leading up to our wedding, Kate directly answered all of our questions, and gathered pertinent information to form a photography timeline. Kate and her team were highly responsive and collaborative with our wedding coordinator to make sure things went smoothly.

On the day of our wedding, Kali and her team arrived on time and ready to go! Their professionalism and ability to engage our wedding party so well was obvious from the start. Our groomsmen can be a bit rowdy, and Michael with Pearly Kate had them laughing AND listening to instructions in a matter of minutes!

As the bride and a former Marketer that used to help plan events, I initially found it hard to let someone else manage the timeliness and important details. Kali and her team picked up on my worries, and the took the time with me to help quell some of my wedding day anxiety by talking me through the plan very clearly. I was able to let go, relax, and really be in the moment with my husband, family, and friends as a result of their hardwork and efforts! The team also captured some really fun moments during the reception, because by that time they had made friends with many of our guests, and were right there on the dance floor with us!

After the wedding, we were given a time frame of 90 days to receive of photos (which was totally understandable, given that we were just married during busy season). Well, they underpromised and over delivered with this timeline! We got our photos in less than 60 days, and we're in complete awe of the quality. We also couldn't believe Kali and the team's uncanny ability to identify which family and friends were closest to us, who ended up with some extra camera time without us even saying anything!

Overall we would 10000% recommend Pearly Kate! Wedding photography is an investment that pays off over a lifetime; and Pearly Kate has captured some timeless moments for our family. We cannot wait to meet with Kate again next month to create our wedding album in collaboration with her!

I cannot stress how amazing my photos turned out! Our wedding was March 24 2018 and we received our photos 2 weeks later! Kate and her crew definitely put up with a lot, it was cold outside and some of my bridesmaids were complaining. The pictures are so beautiful and my husband who use to be a videographer for weddings made sure we picked the best photographer.
