We bought my engagement ring here. The customer service was amazing and their selection is a nice break from the regular old jewelry store. They work with independent designers and have a workshop for custom jobs. We chose a setting and they brought in several diamonds in our price range, and we viewed them. I was able to customize my setting as well - I had them forgo the rhodium plating to make my setting look a bit warmer and more vintage-y. They offer free cleaning for the ring, and are going to work on finding a curved band for my wedding ring. I highly recommend working with Pave.

If we could give Pave a higher score, we would. We stopped in to Pave to see their wedding bands and we started working with Gigi. She helped us find and determine exactly what ring we wanted, she wrote to the manufacturer, got us quotes, and on and on. She was so helpful. We took so long to order our ring that it almost wouldn't have made it in time. And then when it arrived, it was wrong. And Pave/Gigi fixed it. They called the manufacturer, moved mountains and I don't know what else but they got us the right ring over the Christmas/New Year's holiday, two days before we were leaving for our wedding. The service at Pave is beyond words some of the best we've ever received and they've gained customers for life.
