I live in Atlanta and we did our entire wedding from the phone and email. Savannah responded via email and immediately answered my immediate questions. She then turned me over to Emily who handled EVERY detail including changing the space because of the high winds. Listen, THE FOOD!! OMG! For $90 a head was amazing. We got married at Magic Island and went over to the Prince for reception! USE THEM! They were amazing

We are SO HAPPY we found the Royal Lahaina given we were planning a destination wedding and all of our guests were traveling from out of state. From the very beginning, Amy, our coordinator, had a way of making everything feel easy and effortless. She brought such a sense of calm to the planning process and made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel completely stress-free. Amy handled everything...Booking vendors, communication, set-up, décor, and thoughtful suggestions along the way. On the wedding day, I felt zero stress and was able to simply enjoy every moment knowing she had it all under control. The venue grounds are absolutely stunning, and the hotel’s partnered vendors were all incredible. Sunya’s Florals – we didn’t meet our florist directly, but Amy provided them with photos of what we wanted and they delivered even better than we could have pictured. The florals were gorgeous and added so much to our ceremony and reception tables. KCK Entertainment, DJ Chris – incredible! Truly no words. We sent him a Spotify playlist to give him an idea of music we liked and he ran with it. He was fun, energetic, a great MC, and kept the dance floor full all night long. Kaena Music – the kindest human and so very talented. We actually happened to meet him at Monkeypod one evening a few months before the wedding. He was incredibly nice, and his music made our ceremony beautiful and emotional. Amy herself is laid back, organized, and so willing to go above and beyond to make sure you get everything you’ve dreamed of. Our day turned out even better than we imagined, and we can’t recommend the Royal Lahaina (and Amy!) highly enough to anyone planning a wedding.

For an all in one experience that was easy and seamless - exceptional value, beautiful resort. Only drawback is they do not have transportation from the airport and while leaving was easier to find something, arrival of guests was pretty much on their own without assistance even when asked multiple times. Gave them that feedback to improve the service. Other than that, very happy with everything.

We got married in January 2021 - just the two of us - at Hotel Wailea. Kimi was wonderful coordinating the wedding. She answered all of our questions via email in advance and made us feel so taken care of while we were there. In addition her upbeat and positive personality made working with her a treat. She picked great vendors for the photographer, videographer and officiant and helped us to coordinate a live stream of the ceremony and post-ceremony zoom with guests with the videographer. We couldn’t be more pleased! This would also be a stunning location for a smaller wedding with a handful of guests or a large event. The grounds are spectacular. We were married on the sunset lawn, but the treehouse is also a stunning location.

Everything turned out perfect had no issues

Our wedding on Halona Kai lawn was absolutely perfect and even better than we had imagined! I worked mostly with Kiana Jepson from the Hyatt events team and Yesenia also helped as well. Both of them really brought our vision to life and it was stunning. They were so sweet and really focused on making the day run as smoothly as possible and it turned out beautifully. We chose all our vendors from their preferred vendor list except for our photographer / videographer. It was so easy to let the Hyatt events team know and they took care of the bookings and details. All of vendors we chose were fantastic! The service staff during the reception were so attentive and ensured everyone had everything they needed. Especially for us! We missed cocktail hour to take pictures but they made sure we got some appetizers and a coconut drink before running out. Many of our guests told us later how blown away they were by the food and service. All of the food was so delicious! Overall, we got our dream wedding and we are so happy we chose the Hyatt! Mauna Kea Beach Hotel was an absolute dream to work with. The team was incredibly organized, professional, and thoughtful. They provided clear outlines, timelines, and layouts that made planning virtually from LA feel seamless. They had a large range of inventory we could use for our events and were open to every idea and suggestion we had. the entire team took great care of us and every one of our guests. If you’re considering Mauna Kea for your wedding, I cannot recommend it more. The location is unmatched, the team is exceptional, and they will make your most meaningful moments unforgettable.

It’s hard to put into words how amazing of experience our wedding at the Hana Maui was. We knew right away when we toured the venue that this was the right wedding location for us. This place is magical. From there, Erika helped us execute our vision for a perfect wedding weekend. From start to finish the experience working with the people at Hana Maui was incredible. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel like family. There are so many beautiful venue sites on the grounds at the Hana Maui. We hosted an event at the infinity pool and then got married seaside on the ocean lawn followed by a reception surrounded by lush jungle at the guest house. The food was spectacular and the food service was 5-star. You and your guests are the top priority of the hotel as they only book one wedding per weekend. The guest experience was superb. There are few places in Hawaii that remain untouched by time and the Hana Maui is one of them. We can’t say enough good things about the beautiful location but even more so the people there and in Hana town who made are wedding weekend completely unforgettable.

Beautiful venue, supportive staff that made everything smooth and seamless on our wedding day. We encountered zero issues and the wedding planning staff made everything seem easy before/during/and after the wedding. We had alot of compliments on the food which I was very happy about.
