I LOVED working with Shuana & Bianca and I'm so glad they were available for my date! Getting to have 1 company do both my hair and makeup made things a lot easier for me so I didn't have to schedule separate trials and contracts, etc. I felt so fully understood by both of them for hair and for makeup, and felt really comfortable telling them what I did and didn't want.

The trial was indispensable - I made some huge changes to what I wanted to do with my hair after the trial & Shauna showed up on my wedding day and absolutely killed it. She took exactly what was in my head and put it on my head. Shauna even did my haircut & color before the wedding, which was really great because she could do exactly what needed to be done for my hair to look it's best.

I loved that both Shauna and Bianca would listen to me, but they also had strong opinions on what would and wouldn't work based on their professional experience. I had a bright red lip for my wedding day and I was *super* worried about it fading or smearing. Bianca had a lip color I hadn't heard of before and I was really hesitant about using it, but thankfully I listened to her. My color didn't move all day and I had to *scrub* it off that night. I didn't even need to reapply at all during the day.

They both really understand the concept of ”you but better” and really let my natural beauty shine & let me feel like myself the whole day without any makeup fading, or hair falling. Somehow I was just stuck in time and looked & felt beautiful. I even included a photo of the end of the night after dancing like crazy to Flogging Molly and my makeup & hair still look great (the flowers fell out as I was jumping around, but the hair stayed perfectly!)

My wedding was in Upstate NY, but I'm in Brooklyn, so it was great to do my trials here and then have them meet me Upstate, everything went without a hitch! Even all of the ladies hair & makeup looked amazing without any pre-trials for them!

Shaun & Bianca are the perfect hair and makeup team for your big day. They’re very professional and responsive in the lead up for planning, arrived on-time, did a fantastic job with everyone’s hair and makeup. Couldn’t be happier with our choice to go with them. I was so glad to work with Shaun for my wedding hair! I was fortunate to interact with Shaun twice leading up to my wedding - once for my hair trial and once for a last minute dye session to cover up my greys! She was extremely friendly and really took an interest in getting to know me. Talking with Shaun was an unexpected highlight of my wedding planning process :) I wasn't entirely sure how I wanted to wear my hair, and she was patient and helpful in considering all of the options and helping me feel good about my decisions. After a day of wear, I felt that my trial style needed a few adjustments, but I couldn't quite pinpoint what needed to be changed to achieve my desired feel. Through generous listening and professional experience, Shaun was able to figure out that a deeper part and a different approach to volume would make my bun feel more laid back. And, she made the bun itself feel special by skillfully weaving several sections of hair into a beautiful knot. I loved my wedding day hair and felt that she had given me a gift! Shaun's experienced confidence was evident and she took great care in every sense throughout our engagement. Highly recommend!
