I LOVED working with Shuana & Bianca and I'm so glad they were available for my date! Getting to have 1 company do both my hair and makeup made things a lot easier for me so I didn't have to schedule separate trials and contracts, etc. I felt so fully understood by both of them for hair and for makeup, and felt really comfortable telling them what I did and didn't want.
The trial was indispensable - I made some huge changes to what I wanted to do with my hair after the trial & Shauna showed up on my wedding day and absolutely killed it. She took exactly what was in my head and put it on my head. Shauna even did my haircut & color before the wedding, which was really great because she could do exactly what needed to be done for my hair to look it's best.
I loved that both Shauna and Bianca would listen to me, but they also had strong opinions on what would and wouldn't work based on their professional experience. I had a bright red lip for my wedding day and I was *super* worried about it fading or smearing. Bianca had a lip color I hadn't heard of before and I was really hesitant about using it, but thankfully I listened to her. My color didn't move all day and I had to *scrub* it off that night. I didn't even need to reapply at all during the day.
They both really understand the concept of ”you but better” and really let my natural beauty shine & let me feel like myself the whole day without any makeup fading, or hair falling. Somehow I was just stuck in time and looked & felt beautiful. I even included a photo of the end of the night after dancing like crazy to Flogging Molly and my makeup & hair still look great (the flowers fell out as I was jumping around, but the hair stayed perfectly!)
My wedding was in Upstate NY, but I'm in Brooklyn, so it was great to do my trials here and then have them meet me Upstate, everything went without a hitch! Even all of the ladies hair & makeup looked amazing without any pre-trials for them! -

I was able to secure Bianca for my hair and make-up last minute after my bookings fell through. As soon as she showed up I felt at ease and so relieved to be in her hands.
Bianca was such a calming presence while she did my hair and make-up. And my look turned out beautifully. I got so many compliments on my make-up and it even looked great the second day at our going-way drinks.
I can't say enough good things about Bianca and her skills. She's also just a lovely person!

Just the best!!
Bianca is so supremely talented, a great communicator, and very pleasant to be around. During the trial we experimented with a few things and I felt so confident going into the wedding day. Its the perfect mix of polished without looking overdone. Highly recommend!! -

Bianca and Shaun were really friendly. My sister had a bad experience getting her hair and makeup done as a bridesmaid before so she asked me to give Shaun a heads up about our hair density (or lack thereof). Shaun was super professional and nonjudgmental. She did a lot of teasing and everyone looked great. I wanted more volume so she recommended clip in extensions for me and they matched the highlights she had done PERFECTLY. I wanted a glam look while my sisters and mom wanted something more natural. Bianca was able to pull both off. We were all really happy with our hair and makeup. -

The women of Oser House were so lovely to have do my wedding hair and makeup. I met them for a trial a few months before my wedding day. They took great direction from my inspo photos and were open to feedback to make sure I liked everything they were doing. Shaun and Bianca are so warm and welcoming and could chat with you about anything! They both killed it with my day of wedding hair and makeup, I got so many compliments. From the hair and makeup trial to the wedding day, Shaun and Bianca exceeded all of my expectations! Our trial went so smoothly I felt so at ease the morning of the wedding knowing I was in good hands. These ladies are so talented and put so much love into their work. An amazing beauty experience for my wedding day!!!
Shaun and Bianca were an absolute DREAM! As someone who is not big into hair and makeup, they brought my "low key glam" dreams to life! It all started with such a welcoming trial experience, where they heard me out on all my ideas and thoughts and offered expert advice. I felt like bffs with them right off the bat! Then on the actual day, they made me feel like a celebrity. They incorporated all of my notes from the trial, and made me feel comfortable, cared for, and listened to. Plus they were so fun to hang with for the day, touching me up before the ceremony and in between photos. Blythe, Bianca's assistant, stepped in for Bianca for touchups and was also exceptional and such a fun person to have around. I would give them 10000 stars if I could - and if I ever need beauty services again, they will be who I turn to! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! -

Oser House was amazing to work with. Bianca is kind and such a pleasure to be around. She had great advice and problem solved effectively for me (I overheat and was worried about frizzy hair and make up disappearing after a few dances - IT STAYED!)
She was on time and had such a great energy that my morning was stress free and set the tone for a wonderful day. -

Wedding Hair Perfection!
Shaun is a hair genius! She brought my dream wedding hair to life so perfectly and with ease. She is so kind, sweet, and understanding. She truly listens to what you want, and really gets it. She also proactively looks for feedback to make sure you're happy with what you want! I recommend a trial ahead of time so she knows exactly what you want. I was truly at ease on my wedding day knowing I could trust Shaun to do her magic! Her partner Bianca was also incredible and my bridesmaids were so pleased with how they looked! Both women were so professional, friendly, and fun! Between both stylists, they moved efficiently to style myself plus 7 women. Shaun also stayed an extra hour to assure my veil went in properly, which was so generous of her! The Oser House women are a dream come true! -

I cannot recommend Oser House enough as your wedding hair stylist! Shaun was an absolute dream to work with from start to finish. Her warm nature made it so easy to feel comfortable with her right from the start. She listened to my vision and made it a reality on my wedding day. Her and her associate also helped my mother, mother-in-law and my bridesmaids feel and look their best, too. They even gave hair trims to some of them along the way! On top of delivering top tier service, it was just so fun to have them with us as we got ready. I highly recommend going with Shaun at Oser House for your wedding day hair stylist! -

Made me feel elegant, classy and my best self!
Bianca was everything I could ask for my beauty on my wedding day. She made me feel beautiful, elegant and special, yet still very true to myself. She guided me through the process of sharing references, both for my hair and makeup, as well as my mother’s. On the morning of my wedding, Bianca brought a calm and confident energy that is extremely helpful for very anxious brides like I was. My mom who is typically very picky with hairstyles because of her curly texture, loved what Bianca did. I absolutely loved my hairstyle and my makeup, both lasted the entire day through the evening. The cherry on the top was when we received the wedding photos and my husband said: “Your makeup was very pretty, I’m so glad you didn’t go all crazy like some people do”. And that sums up Bianca’s work: extremely talented so you feel elegant, classy and your best self. -

Shaun is more than just another vendor you are hiring to help you on your wedding day - she manifests contagious positive energy. Her excitement, passion, and knowledge for all things hair are a bonus!
Vendor selection is one of the important decisions to make for your wedding, especially for more personal experiences like hair and makeup services. As most brides will tell you, it is very easy to have nerves kick in during hair and make-up but Shaun brought a lightness to the room that really helped set the tone the morning of our wedding. Shaun is truly a vibrant, beautiful person inside and out and she will make you feel like the best version of yourself walking out the door to one of the most important days of your life. She's the perfect person to be by your side while getting ready on your wedding day - I promise you! -

I loved having Shaun as a part of my wedding! She was so responsive via email and then she really helped me work through what I wanted during my trial. And then of course while she did my hair on my wedding day she had such a relaxing and sweet energy! She was getting married around the same time as me so it was just nice to bond on a gal-to-gal level. And obviously my hair looked beautiful. It stayed in place all evening through the Brooklyn summer heat/humidity. I recommend Shaun for a polished, classic hair style and calming presence on your big day! Thank you Shaun -

Shaun is such a dream to work with! She is so chill, super sweet, and so talented. She really listened to me during my trial to make sure she really understood the look I was going for, and was just so fun and easy to chat with! I recommend doing the trial not only to make sure you like the style, but also to get to know her because on my wedding day, it was like reuniting with a friend :). Shaun was SO GOOD at keeping everyone on schedule and still stayed as calm and chill as ever. She did such an amazing job nailing the look that each person was going for, and our hair stayed intact all night. I highly recommend her! I will definitely be reaching out to her in the future (she does highlighting and cuts too :)). -

Shaun is an expert in her field. She made me feel beautiful by really seeing me and listening. She created a natural bridal look for me, my bridesmaids, my mom, and mother-in-law that really allowed us to look glamorous while still looking like ourselves. Shaun also brings great energy which I really appreciated on my wedding day. She helped me stay calm and kept me laughing. -

Would recommend Shaun over and over again!
I had such an incredible experience with Shaun for my wedding this past weekend in upstate NY!
I initially reached out to Shaun back in April and was surprised to see how affordable she was for someone based in NYC compared to all the other stylists I reached out to. I really appreciated how responsive she was, especially in the weeks leading up to the wedding. We ended up doing two hair trials together, and what I loved the most about Shaun was that her #1 priority was ensuring that I felt 100% about my look. She never rushed a trial, and even took the time to cut some of my hair so we could achieve a look with wavy baby hairs. She also took tons of photos / videos so I could sit with the look at home and come back for another trial if needed. Also, her salon is conveniently located in LES, so it was easy to meet up!
My wedding took place in Summit, NY, which is about a 3.5 hour drive up from NYC. Shaun's travel rate was super reasonable, and as many brides know, this can really add up depending on how far your venue is. All my bridesmaids LOVED Shaun. Besides being a wonderful hair stylist (who's willing to do several touch ups regardless if you're a bride / bridesmaid), Shaun is just lovely to be around and really fit the vibe in the room. She's efficient and somehow got us back on track with timing even though we were running a little late. I also loved that she stuck around until the first look, re-curling my hair before I left to walk down the aisle.
Shaun is incredibly sweet, communicative and overall just easy to work with. Also, it's worth nothing that I am Asian and my hair doesn't usually hold up well, but somehow it held up all night in an updo! I hope I have another occasion where I can hire Shaun again :) -

Most amazing experience
Shaun is not only extremely talented, she is sweetest! She made me feel like the most confident bride. From beginning to end, Shaun was responsive, professional, flexible and overall amazing. Shaun helped me craft a schedule to cater to me and my 5 ladies and helped make sure the day went off without any issues (and we even had time to spare)! They all LOVED their hair and looked absolutely stunning. It was so fun getting ready with Shaun and she truly went above and beyond. She literally helped steam my dress in the midst of the craziness of wedding day! I cannot recommend her enough, I would get married again just to go through the process again with her. -

I had Shaun do my hair for my rehearsal dinner and my wedding. She gave me two gorgeous styles. I felt so pretty, but also like myself. Shaun does these gorgeous waves that are unlike anything I've ever seen — they're very natural and beachy gorgeous, not like the usual wedding curls that look so fancy and forced. I've been in a lot of weddings this year (in addition to my own), and it seems like no one ever really likes their hair and makeup. All of my girls loved our looks thanks to Shaun and the rest of the beauty team (Predame & Beauty Icon also worked with us). Shaun is also just very sweet and easy to work with! Highly recommend. -
