Everything we needed was done to a wonderful standard! Our pictures were amazing because everything looked immaculate! We had hiccups, as I think all weddings do but from other vendors and Orchid Events and their staff stepped in and stepped up to assist with those things too.

Working with Orchid Events was amazing! Amazing as in I would get married again so that I could repeat the experience. From the time we booked Orchid, everything was easy. There was great communication via email and phone including our consultation phone call. I lived in a different state so this level of communication was extremely important. I was able to take one trip to town before our wedding and Kenisha met me at all of the venues, took copious notes, and followed up with all of the vendors. While I shouldn't have been surprised, due to the process leading up to the day, the work done by Orchid Events day of was flawless. I hired them to coordinate day of and to decorate the church and reception hall. The decorations were beautiful at both places and it was truly the wedding of my dreams. I would highly highly recommend Orchid Events if you want your day to be memorable for years to come!

Kenisha was our Day of Coordinator. She communicated effectively, and went above and beyond in everything she did for my husband and I. She knows exactly what she’s doing. I would recommend her to anyone. At times I was very overwhelmed and stressed but she was able to communicate with me the way I needed her to without having to remind her to easing the stress of that day. She made my wedding day experience awesome! I’m so grateful we had her for our big day. She even volunteered to attend my bridal shower which was amazing because we needed her there for support and just things we needed to pick up that we couldn’t, there was no additional charge she was there because she genuinely wanted to be there and you can tell. She’s gentle, she’s caring, has a great sense of humor and she’s on top of it. She’s the right one for the job!

Orchid Events exceeded my expectations!!! The service and professionalism was impeccable. Whenever we had questions or concerns we received an immediate response and we truly feel we got more than we paid for. Orchid Event made my wedding and reception run seamlessly. Great price for services offered. Very available and flexible with the demands and needs of a wedding. The team planned everything from the beginning right down to dropping items off at my home the night after the reception. I would use them for any event I was planning.

I initially chose Orchid Events just for our wedding decor. At the time I turned down the wedding planning & coordinator services because I didn't think I needed them. At one of our decor meetings, she asked how I was feeling & how all of my plans were coming along. I told her I was pretty much finished and she was very supportive. She asked me a few questions that I NEVER WOULD HAVE THOUGHT ABOUT! It was then that I changed my mind and hired her. I am so VERY happy that I did!!! She was so easy to work with, especially when I hit those “Bridezilla” moments. She showed up everywhere and anywhere I asked ... on time, if not early!

She helped us stay within our budget and yet was able to help us get more bang for our buck. At the wedding itself, the decor was stunning and you never knew she was there—everything flowed so smoothly and she made sure that we had everything we wanted and more! She attacked all of the “mishaps” with such professionalism that we didn’t know anything went wrong until weeks after the wedding when our friends told us the stories! We were able to visit with all of our guests, celebrate our love and dance the night away without interference from anything! We are so glad she came into our lives when she did! She's the Best!
