We create a detailed event timeline and confirm every detail with your vendors so that they are all on the same page and know exactly where to be and when to be there allowing you, your family and friends to enjoy every moment of your special day and your Fabulous wedding!

Silver Planning Package - $1,400 for one location and $1,500 for two locations

This package is for the bride and groom that have completed all or most of the arrangements, preparation, booking of vendors and scheduling on their own but need assistance in executing their vision on their wedding day. Let One Fabulous Event help make your big day sparkle by coordinating the day-of activities no wedding couple wants to manage themselves. What sets our day of coordination apart from all other wedding coordinators is that we start working with you as soon as we are contracted. One Fabulous Event will spend the time learning about every detail of your vision to ensure a smooth, fun yet structured wedding. We will send you a comprehensive timeline questionnaire as well as review all your booked vendor contracts, contact your vendors to introduce ourselves, ask pertinent questions and confirm all the important details. We will create a detailed wedding day timeline that starts from the morning activities and ends with the last song of the night! And, the best part is that we love to get our timelines done months in advance which helps get everyone on the same page and helps alleviate most of the wedding planning pressure most couples feel. One Fabulous Event will be by your side the whole way because our work begins as soon as we’re hired and you have unlimited communication with us as to put your mind at ease!

Gold Planning and Design Package (Our most popylar package) $1,600 for one location and $1,700 for two

The Gold Planning and Design Package was created for the couple who would like the comprehensive coordination from the Silver Planning Package plus assistance with the following vendor recommendations, what to look for in a vendor and what questions to ask, design and style assistance, trends, and hints to stretch their budget, and much more! This package is perfect for you if you’d like to be involved in the planning process but want the guidance and companionship of a seasoned professional throughout your planning journey. One Fabulous Event will sit down with you and any other friends, Maid of Honor or mothers for up to three hours over brunch, lunch or dinner to talk everything wedding. We will go question by question over our detailed timeline questionnaire, talk through each vendor and what to look for in said vendor as well as provide invaluable hints and red flags when it comes to finding vendors. The best part of this package is that you will receive a detailed bullet point list of everything we discussed, a road map to help you plan your perfect wedding as well as vendor recommendations. We will also provide e-mail introductions to our amazing vendors and secure rental quotes for your big day and any vendor love discounts we get, are passed onto you! Lean on our many years of experience, wisdom and reputation in the wedding industry and our fabulous relationships with amazing quality vendors. This must have package is the perfect package for the couple who is just starting their planning and only has their venue booked.

Platinum Planning Package - Starting at $6,000

Our Platinum, full service wedding planning package is designed for our clients that want a “project manager” to handle the details of their wedding including design assistance, planning and coordination. Full planning is a comprehensive package for couples looking to enjoy an elegant wedding without the stress that goes into planning every detail. One Fabulous Event works with you from start to finish coordinating all aspects of your wedding. This includes venue selection, recommending top vendors and caterers, managing your wedding budget, constructing your timeline, assisting with designing your wedding theme and décor. The goal is to assist you with all the details crucial for your special day including the coordination of the rehearsal and the event itself! The bride and groom can be as involved as they like during the preparation and planning of their One Fabulous Wedding….

A Review From the Groom

I'll be honest: I almost didn't write this review because I figured my wife would handle it. But Angela deserves to hear from the groom too.

Wedding planning is one of those processes where you don't fully appreciate what your planner is doing until something goes wrong... and with Angela, nothing did. At least not that we knew about. That's the point.

From our first interactions, it was clear Angela was more than just organized. Any planner can be "organized." Angela was *meticulous.* The timeline she built for our wedding was one of the most impressive planning documents I've ever seen: detailed, comprehensive, and thorough enough to even include outstanding balances and due dates for every vendor.

She knew every contract detail better than we did. Maybe even better than the vendors who wrote the contracts! Looking at it, I remember thinking: this is why people hire planners.

Angela didn’t just execute. She had taste and judgment. When our programs didn't fit the napkins as planned, she didn't just solve the problem. She came up with a solution that looked better than the original. When the rental company showed up with one too few tables, she rearranged things so seamlessly that no one noticed.

As the groom, I can tell you: I felt completely taken care of. I could exhale and enjoy my day. I cannot overstate how *valuable* that was. Angela has this rare ability to run everything on a precise schedule while improvising masterfully when the moment calls for it. Equal parts conductor and jazz musician.

If something went wrong at our wedding, I still don't know about it. That's Angela. Hire her before someone else does.

Angela at OFE was an excellent coordinator!

Working with One Fabulous Event was such a help during our wedding planning. From our first meeting, Angela was quick to respond and stayed on top of every detail. She keeps an incredibly helpful “master schedule” that she kept filled in over time as you lock everything in. She kept our family organized and on schedule throughout the day, which honestly felt like magic. When we had questions, she offered solid suggestions but never pushed us too hard in any direction. Her thoroughness showed in every aspect of our wedding, and we felt confident the whole time knowing someone was handling all the logistics. We'd definitely recommend OFE to any couple looking for a planner who listens and delivers.

It was so easy!

Angela handled our preparations form day one with professionalism and efficiency. She listened to what we were looking for, and hooked us up with extraordinary vendors for the catering, flowers, and bartender. She covered all details, and the day of our wedding she managed things. It was so wonderful to be able to just enjoy our day and not worry about anything. Definitely recommend her to plan your event. The cost was more than reasonable, too.

New Years Eve Wedding

My daughter was married on New Year’s Eve 2025, and working with Angela from One Fabulous Event was one of the best decisions we made-she is amazing!! From the very beginning, Angela brought a calm, organized, and reassuring presence to the planning process. We were working with a shorter timeline before the wedding, and there were moments when we had to improvise with vendors and deliveries — Angela’s quick thinking and willingness to jump in and problem-solve made all the difference.
She thoughtfully created our timeline, coordinated seamlessly with vendors, and worked closely with both the bride and groom to ensure every detail was covered. Angela also helped bring the vision for the day to life — the ceremony and reception were absolutely beautiful, and every detail came together perfectly.
When unexpected rain changed our outdoor ceremony, Angela immediately helped us pivot, turning what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and beautiful transition. On the wedding day itself, Angela managed everything, kept everyone on schedule, and allowed our family to truly be present and enjoy every moment. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, and her professionalism, warmth, and dedication truly set her apart. A proactive professional

Angela was helpful in every aspect of wedding planning from the start. Other wedding planners we reviewed when selecting our coordinator wanted us to handle all the event planning before providing them details on vendors, etc. a month out from the event, but Angela got started with us right away. We were able to get in touch with several of her recommended vendors early in the process and set clear expectations for everyone (including ourselves). She is super detail oriented and was prepared for contingencies that we hadn't even thought about.
When we had a serious issue with our venue, she was on top of it and took care of all of our concerns.
I could not recommend Angela more for your event coordination in San Diego.

10/10 experience with Angela!

Hiring Angela Anderson of One Fabulous Event for our October 4, 2025, wedding at Tom Ham’s Lighthouse was the best decision we made! Angela’s quick responsiveness and unwavering professionalism were exceptional, but her unique and extensive knowledge of the venue, gained from past experience, was truly invaluable in ensuring our day flowed flawlessly and seamlessly from start to finish. OFE made our day perfect!

As someone in the events industry, planning her own wedding, I was super particular about my coordinator. I went through interview after interview and couldn't find someone who I clicked with. Enter Angela!

She really heard what was important to me about our day and worked in into our timeline. She provided guidance and guardrails as I needed or asked for it but provided encouragement for decisions we had already made. I knew I could trust her to talk to vendors professionally and courteously and most of all, I knew I could trust her to run our day smoothly.

The way she structures her packages are unique in that she starts to work with you right away. As someone who did the bulk of the planning myself, this was the best case scenario as I got a day-of coordinator that had still come alongside me before the event - making her knowledgeable about our priorities and familiar with our unique wedding plan. One Fabulous Event truly was fabulous and I can't recommend them enough!

Angela is amazing!!

We are so thankful we booked Angela as our wedding coordinator! Even though she was just our "day of" coordinator, she started helping us 6 months before with the timeline and details. She is extremely organized and prompt in her responses. We appreciated being able to meet with her in person, rather than a zoom call. Angela was recommended by our venue Tom Ham's. She provided valuable insight and suggestions that helped our wedding day run smoothly. Also, she came prepared on the wedding day with balloons and lollipops to keep the kids happy, and the adults were thankful! We cannot recommend her enough, she is a pro!
