    A Review From the Groom

    I'll be honest: I almost didn't write this review because I figured my wife would handle it. But Angela deserves to hear from the groom too.

    Wedding planning is one of those processes where you don't fully appreciate what your planner is doing until something goes wrong... and with Angela, nothing did. At least not that we knew about. That's the point.

    From our first interactions, it was clear Angela was more than just organized. Any planner can be "organized." Angela was *meticulous.* The timeline she built for our wedding was one of the most impressive planning documents I've ever seen: detailed, comprehensive, and thorough enough to even include outstanding balances and due dates for every vendor.

    She knew every contract detail better than we did. Maybe even better than the vendors who wrote the contracts! Looking at it, I remember thinking: this is why people hire planners.

    Angela didn’t just execute. She had taste and judgment. When our programs didn't fit the napkins as planned, she didn't just solve the problem. She came up with a solution that looked better than the original. When the rental company showed up with one too few tables, she rearranged things so seamlessly that no one noticed.

    As the groom, I can tell you: I felt completely taken care of. I could exhale and enjoy my day. I cannot overstate how *valuable* that was. Angela has this rare ability to run everything on a precise schedule while improvising masterfully when the moment calls for it. Equal parts conductor and jazz musician.

    If something went wrong at our wedding, I still don't know about it. That's Angela. Hire her before someone else does.

    Angela at OFE was an excellent coordinator!

    Working with One Fabulous Event was such a help during our wedding planning. From our first meeting, Angela was quick to respond and stayed on top of every detail. She keeps an incredibly helpful “master schedule” that she kept filled in over time as you lock everything in. She kept our family organized and on schedule throughout the day, which honestly felt like magic. When we had questions, she offered solid suggestions but never pushed us too hard in any direction. Her thoroughness showed in every aspect of our wedding, and we felt confident the whole time knowing someone was handling all the logistics. We'd definitely recommend OFE to any couple looking for a planner who listens and delivers.

    It was so easy!

    Angela handled our preparations form day one with professionalism and efficiency. She listened to what we were looking for, and hooked us up with extraordinary vendors for the catering, flowers, and bartender. She covered all details, and the day of our wedding she managed things. It was so wonderful to be able to just enjoy our day and not worry about anything. Definitely recommend her to plan your event. The cost was more than reasonable, too.

    New Years Eve Wedding

    My daughter was married on New Year’s Eve 2025, and working with Angela from One Fabulous Event was one of the best decisions we made-she is amazing!! From the very beginning, Angela brought a calm, organized, and reassuring presence to the planning process. We were working with a shorter timeline before the wedding, and there were moments when we had to improvise with vendors and deliveries — Angela’s quick thinking and willingness to jump in and problem-solve made all the difference.
    She thoughtfully created our timeline, coordinated seamlessly with vendors, and worked closely with both the bride and groom to ensure every detail was covered. Angela also helped bring the vision for the day to life — the ceremony and reception were absolutely beautiful, and every detail came together perfectly.
    When unexpected rain changed our outdoor ceremony, Angela immediately helped us pivot, turning what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and beautiful transition. On the wedding day itself, Angela managed everything, kept everyone on schedule, and allowed our family to truly be present and enjoy every moment. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, and her professionalism, warmth, and dedication truly set her apart. I wholeheartedly recommend Angela and One Fabulous Event and look forward to working with them again for future celebrations!

    A proactive professional

    Angela was helpful in every aspect of wedding planning from the start. Other wedding planners we reviewed when selecting our coordinator wanted us to handle all the event planning before providing them details on vendors, etc. a month out from the event, but Angela got started with us right away. We were able to get in touch with several of her recommended vendors early in the process and set clear expectations for everyone (including ourselves). She is super detail oriented and was prepared for contingencies that we hadn't even thought about.
    When we had a serious issue with our venue, she was on top of it and took care of all of our concerns.
    I could not recommend Angela more for your event coordination in San Diego.

    OFE made our day perfect!

    As someone in the events industry, planning her own wedding, I was super particular about my coordinator. I went through interview after interview and couldn't find someone who I clicked with. Enter Angela!

    She really heard what was important to me about our day and worked in into our timeline. She provided guidance and guardrails as I needed or asked for it but provided encouragement for decisions we had already made. I knew I could trust her to talk to vendors professionally and courteously and most of all, I knew I could trust her to run our day smoothly.

    The way she structures her packages are unique in that she starts to work with you right away. As someone who did the bulk of the planning myself, this was the best case scenario as I got a day-of coordinator that had still come alongside me before the event - making her knowledgeable about our priorities and familiar with our unique wedding plan. One Fabulous Event truly was fabulous and I can't recommend them enough!

    Angela is amazing!!

    We are so thankful we booked Angela as our wedding coordinator! Even though she was just our "day of" coordinator, she started helping us 6 months before with the timeline and details. She is extremely organized and prompt in her responses. We appreciated being able to meet with her in person, rather than a zoom call. Angela was recommended by our venue Tom Ham's. She provided valuable insight and suggestions that helped our wedding day run smoothly. Also, she came prepared on the wedding day with balloons and lollipops to keep the kids happy, and the adults were thankful! We cannot recommend her enough, she is a pro!

    Working with Angela was amazing! She was such a large help the days leading up and even bigger help during the day of. We truly would not have had the day we did without her.     Truly the best!

    Angela and her team at One Fabulous Event were instrumental in helping us have our dream wedding. My mom and all of my other vendors were so impressed with how organized Angela was from day one. We hired Angela a little less than a year before our wedding, and she immediately got us off to a great start with creating a detailed timeline. This allowed my husband and I to plug in our vendors as we hired them. I also had unlimited communication with Angela and she was always available to answer questions, etc.! Having Angela truly made the wedding planning process seamless. Everyone I know, especially coworkers, always mentioned how I seemed like the chillest bride, and it's all thanks to Angela. She had so much knowledge about the wedding industry and about our venue, and essentially knew every single vendor that I needed to execute my vision for the wedding. We had our ceremony and reception at the Junipero Serra Museum in San Diego, which is a venue where you have to bring in all of your own vendors. I literally could not have planned this wedding without Angela. I can't stop recommending her to people. Truly the best there is! Thank you so much, Angela!!

    Above and beyond coordination for your big day!

    Angela was amazing to work with! Our wedding was a bit of a destination for us (married in San Diego, living in Chicago), so we knew we needed to have a day-of coordinator who could help us stay on track and supply a great list of preferred vendors, and Angela delivered!

    From our first phone conversation, we could tell she had the perfect energy to be bold and keep everyone (cough cough, our wedding party) in line and get us all on the same page day of. During preparations, she went above and beyond, first creating the perfect timeline for us and then constantly emailing to make sure we were on track with hiring vendors, timeline edits, picking music, and decor decisions.

    When we finally met the day before, her energy and personality were exactly the perfect match for us. She led our rehearsal with no issue and made us feel so comfortable and ready for the next day. The day of, everything went so smoothly, even with the hurdle of her not being able to set up decor until the hour before because of another event! You would never know they did it that quickly (especially with the amount I put on her plate!)

    She was an amazing asset to have on your side, and if you're looking for someone who will push you to keep you on track and make your day so stress-free and truly the best day of your life, Angela is your girl!!!

    Angela is a true pro!

    Had the pleasure of being in my brother’s wedding back in April that Angela was the planner for. From start to finish, she was incredibly detail oriented, direct and in control but also made things fun and enjoyable.

    As someone who’s in the wedding industry on the catering side of things in New England, I can honestly say that having someone like Angela on your team for your wedding day is the best decision you could make. She’s a true professional and will give you the sense of calm you need in the inevitable stress that comes with all weddings.

    I hope our team finds a reason to work in California some day so that we have a chance to work with her! :)

    I am so lucky to have had Angela as our wedding coordinator!

    Planning a wedding in San Diego while living in Texas—and with only a few months to do it—could have been incredibly stressful, but Angela made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. She truly became my go-to person on the ground in San Diego. Even though we never met in person before the big day, I felt completely confident in her abilities from the start.

    Angela knows her stuff. She quickly connected me with the right vendors, offered thoughtful advice without ever being pushy, and helped me make decisions I felt great about. I’m so glad I trusted her judgment.

    On the day of the wedding, Angela was a total pro. I’m not sure she expected our crowd to be quite so rowdy, but she handled everything with grace and authority—keeping everyone in check and making sure the event ran smoothly. Even when I made last-minute changes to the schedule, she stayed calm, flexible, and professional.

    Wouldn't want anyone else!!!

    We knew when we interviewed Angela during the time we were looking for a wedding coordinator we knew immediately with the way she answered our questions that she was going to be great. Then we had our first meeting with her which was about 2-3 hours of talking through each moment of our event, to which she created a very nicely organized timeline for us to "fill in" as we go about the next several months of planning. This created such a sense of comfort and brought light to many details we were unaware of. She was always extremely professional and kind, giving us her best advice when we truly didn't know what today decide and then it came time for the big day. Some minor issues arose on our wedding day and she took care of them without hesitation and that allowed us to relax and focus on our friends and family. I truly loved having her as our coordinator and will be recommending her to multiple friends in the future!

    Best wedding coordinator

    Angela did a fantastic job doing the day of coordination for our wedding! She was recommended by my venue as their top coordinator. I am a huge planner and am very picky and opinionated, but when it came to the big day, I needed someone to be in my court and help execute my wishes. When we showed up to the venue, Angela had set up the 3 spaces beautifully. She told the bridal party and family exactly what to do so I didn’t have to. She checked in on me and got my wishes to make sure we were on the same page before going out and executing for me. When my photographer was struggling, she stepped in and corralled everyone based on my wishes. She was able to bustle my dress on her own (I am so impressed - it wasn’t simple) and kept everything flowing on schedule. My family and friends were very impressed and we all said thank goodness for Angela! I recommend Angela to any bride. Thank you Angela for helping make our wedding so special!

    Caring, detail-oriented, and positive

    Angela is incredibly detail-oriented, always on top of things, and she made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. She was responsive and proactive with communication, always checking in and following up, which gave me so much peace of mind leading up to the big day.

    What truly sets her apart is her caring and positive energy—she brought such a calming and uplifting vibe to the wedding day. Everything ran smooth as she and her trainee were on top of things. We didn’t have to worry about anything, just enjoying ourselves. And as a huge bonus, she somehow managed to put my 7-month old baby to sleep during the wedding—something I didn’t even know was possible as he’s very attached to me. That just shows how naturally nurturing and attentive she is. Thank you Angela!! We’re so glad we hired you!

    Amazing Coordinator!

    The wedding coordinator I didn’t know I needed!

    Angela was an angel sent from above! If I didn’t have her as my wedding coordinator, i would have been overwhelmed and stressed tying up loose ends and responding to all the vendors and last minute things! The reason I hired her was because during our initial phone call, she raised several questions and items to have the day of the wedding I didn’t know i had to think about. She did all the thinking for me and is why I hired her! She is very meticulous, detailed, and organized which is the type of wedding coordinator every bride needs to be able to actually enjoy your wedding day! She also helped me during my rehearsal to get our bridal party prepared for the day of which helped me and my party be at ease. She is fantastic and took care of everything for me and I was able to have fun and be worry-free during my wedding! You will not regret booking her!

    Magical and perfect!

    Angela is absolutely amazing. She helped me find great vendors, and gave me pointers for what will work best the day of. She made my wedding day as easy as possible, and handled all of the roadblocks without my knowing, and without my stress. I would hire One Fabulous Event again in a heartbeat!

    Best Coordinator Ever!

    Angela and her team are amazing! They were very professional and were always available to answer any and all questions leading up to the wedding. On the big day, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was just how we wanted. She even kept working months after to make sure our photographer delivered our photos and videos. 5 stars for this business! They are the best!

    Excellent “Day of” coordination

    Angela provided “day of” coordination for our ceremony and reception. Her timeline and suggestions helped us choose many aspects of our event. And it definitely helped keep us focused during planning and on the special day. We could not have pulled everything together without her guidance. She also helped us find key vendors and provided insights on our chosen venue.

    Thank goodness for Angela!!! She truly was the glue to all the moving pieces of our wedding. My now husband and I are from Orange County but we knew we wanted to have our special day in Coronado. Having Angela made this process so much easier with all her vendor recommendations, San Diego location expertise, and willingness to answer as many questions as I asked.

    Whether you are super organized or need the help, Angela does an amazing job narrowing down all the nitty gritty details in away where it is bite size and approachable so you never get too overwhelmed. I’m so grateful for her and I felt such a peace on our wedding day with her by my side!!

    Angela did a fantastic job as our wedding planner! She was helpful through the whole process and was extremely "on the ball" during the whole wedding event. She helped with set up, coordination, bustling, you name it she did it! Everything went so smoothly and she even brought us drinks and apps during Happy Hour which was so appreciated!

    Best decision after the proposal!!

    Angela was the best decision we made for our event. I hired her to help me for my daughter's wedding. She surpassed my expectations and delivered exceedingly. She was so thorough with all of the communications and thought of things I had no idea came into the wedding planning. I couldn't have had such a wonderful wedding for my daughter had we not hired her. Don't even think twice about hiring a coordinator. First decision to make after the proposal!!! Angela is the best in the business and I look forward to next time we need her services.

    Helpful, professional, great overall experience

    Angela was very helpful throughout the whole planning process for our wedding at Tom Ham’s Lighthouse. Prompt responses and straight to the point. Angela went above and beyond in making sure our special day went smoothly. She was very flexible with some of the last minute changes that we had and kept constant communication with all of our vendors.

    She also got along well with our families during our reception, there was even a point where she took care of our dogs for a bit when we needed someone. Everyone at our wedding had a great time and we could not be more thankful.

    I would highly recommend Angela as a coordinator if you’re looking for somebody that doesn’t beat around the bush and is very helpful throughout the whole planning process. Thank you so much, Angela!

    Angela was amazing! She was so organized from the start and constantly kept me updated with a detailed timeline for the entire day. We had a perfect San Diego wedding that we planned from out of state. She was able to recommend every vendor that we used and every one of them was great too.     Everything moved like clockwork!

    One Fabulous Event was one of my best wedding decisions! I purchased the silver planning option and it REALLY helped me sit back and enjoy my own wedding day (and sleep the night before) knowing she already confirmed details with other vendors, had my personal items organized, and would keep the day moving according to the schedule she helped create! She even made me and the groom our meal plates and made sure we always had drinks in hands! I was truly able to enjoy my wedding day, knowing she was the star behind the curtain!

    Our experience with Angela was excellent. Everything was handled to perfection.

    My daughter’s wedding was truly magical! But that magic happened because of what went on behind the scenes due to Angela at One Fabulous Event.     The Best Wedding Planner!

    We got married in November 2022 and got to work with both Angela and Katey. Because of their services, our wedding day went flawlessly. Angela did months of prepping for us to make sure everything was in order and Katey ran the wedding day. They truly helped make our wedding day the best experience and for that we are so grateful!
    Angela was wonderful, she made my wedding day perfect. She’s very knowledgeable, responsive and organized. On my wedding day everything went exactly as scheduled, it was so well planned and efficient. She communicated clearly and often with the other vendors. She provided several timelines to ensure all questions were answered and everyone was on the same page. Angela also has great relationships with vendors and was able to recommend multiple people for anything I needed from florist to photographers, etc. I highly recommend Angela and she was a pleasure to work with.
    I highly recommend hiring a wedding coordinator. In my case, I needed someone to be in contact with all the vendors, help me with a timeline, and day-of services. One Fabulous Event did these things for me, and much more! I was lucky enough to work with both Angela (planning) and Katey (day-of). It was so nice to have Angela help with the months of planning and her ability to quickly respond to questions was so comforting. She is very confident in her abilities which is great for planning a wedding. Katey made sure our wedding day was efficient, smooth, and fun! She did everything we asked and prevented any issues from occurring. Both Katey and Angela were great, and I highly recommend One Fabulous Event to anyone who needs a wedding coordinator!

    Most Accommodating Wedding Planner

    Angela and her team were spectacular, accommodating and comforting. We met Angela at the Bridal Bazaar where she introduced herself and her services. What caught our attention with her services was her detailed Timeline of Wedding Day and Prep Days. She had a timeline of when vendors were to arrive, set and leave. Also when and where the Bridal party should arrive. Angela gave us recommendations on caterers and other vendors. This was important to us because our potential caterer could not follow through due to staffing. Angela right away gave us other vendors we can contact. While planning we ran into other problems and difficulties. And each time all I had to do was call or text Angela. She would simply tell us alright here is what we can do or try, she always had a solution to all our problems. As for the day of the wedding Angela and her team were awesome. They constantly checked on us making sure we had a drink or food that just came out. They were very on point on keeping us on the schedule throughout the night. Because of that everything went smoothly. It was an absolute delight to have Angela be our Wedding Coordinator.

    Helped make my wedding a dream!

    Angela helped us with our wedding and we would absolutely recommend her. We wanted to get married quickly and had 76 days from our meeting with Angela to the day of our event. I was struggling to find any vendors who were available and when I found vendors, I wasn’t certain that they were reputable and what kind of job they would do. She helped me organize the day and vendors. The day was lovely and beautiful. She made sure we were taken care of and it was a great day. She is down to business and very organized. Thanks Angela!

    Angela is Amazing!

    If you are a detail oriented person and need a planner who is your equal, look no further than Angela! I met her at the Bridal Bazar and knew in that brief conversation that I needed her on our special day. My husband and I took her Wedding Boot Camp class and she provided us with a detailed timeline skeleton to assist us in customizing our celebration complete with payment due dates for vendors. She helped keep me organized by following up and requesting the signed contracts and checking in on details as they were solidified. She took the lead on ceremony rehearsal and was all over the day-of details. I was able to relax because she was so involved with my vendors and understood what I needed from her. I am so thankful for her!

    Great Day!

    We are super pleased that we hired One Fabulous Event for our wedding.
    Angela was referred to us by our catering manager from our venue, Breakers Beach Deck at NASNI, Coronado. Angela knew all the in's and out's to having an event on base. If it wasn't for her I don't think the day would have been even close to the success that it was. Angela stayed on top of what needed to get done in the months prior, which was perfect because I am horrible at staying on track. She had many recommendations for vendors, two that were most important us were our DJ, which we were super pleased with, and our makeup stylists. The day of she made sure everything got done, and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Overall Angela helped us make our dream day come true.

    Fantastic Wedding Coordinator!

    Planning my wedding during Covid was definitely a challenge and was stressful at times. I knew I would need someone to take charge on my wedding day so I could enjoy it all. I heard about One Fabulous Event through a friend of mine and I hired Angela as my day-of wedding coordinator. I can't even express how thankful I am to have had Angela as I was finding vendors and putting the day together! She helped us find a videographer and DJ by providing recommendations and we were happy with those vendors. She is really connected with various wedding vendors. Angela is incredibly organized and I wholeheartedly trusted her to take complete control of all matters. She quickly answered all of our questions and provided many recommendations throughout our planning process. My husband and I appreciated having Angela there to guide me through them all especially with some issues with Covid guidelines. On the Day of my wedding, Angela took charge and set everything up beautifully for all the guest tables, sweetheart table and the guest book table. She was absolutely incredible down to every detail. I explained to her that we might have guests try to rearrange the seating for the tables and when they did, she was right there to make sure everyone was seated where they were assigned. It was so helpful to not have had to deal with that situation and I got to relax and enjoy my wedding. We loved having Angela as a part of our wedding day and highly recommend her to anyone who is in the market for a day of coordinator.

    Above & Beyond!

    Wedding planning during COVID and still having a wedding during peak COVID times was not only one of my biggest stressors, but could have easily ruined my big day with all the changes happening. I cannot thank the team at One Fabulous Event!! Angela was with me for months before the wedding, adjusting my timeline and contacting vendors throughout the process. Her expertise, knowledge, and relationships with other vendors not only saved my wedding, but made it so streamlined that my wedding day was a hit with (us) the wedding couple able to enjoy it. It's so easy to forget to have fun but Angela made sure we enjoyed it. My wedding reception was just the way I envisioned it and Dani and Angela executed it perfectly. With the amount of changes happening, Angela made sure all my vendors and guests were aware of the plan and made my day the best it could be.     I can't even express how thankful I am to have had Angela as a part of our wedding!! She took the reins and our day was perfect. Angela is incredibly organized and I wholeheartedly trusted her to take complete control. There are so many details that go into planning a wedding and I appreciated having Angela there to guide me through them all. Day of, Angela took charge and I knew I didn't have to worry about a single thing. She was absolutely incredible down to every detail. I explained to her that I needed to eat dinner and I was worried that people would try to talk to me and distract me from getting the opportunity to eat- but not with Angela. She was right there to kindly tell everyone that I needed a second to eat and that I would come chat with them when I was done. How awesome is that?! It was so helpful! We had a handful of kids at our wedding and Angela was constantly bringing them little treats to keep them occupied which was so above and beyond.     Angela is fantastic

    Angela was such a joy to work with. She helped our wedding come off seamlessly. She was organized, helpful, and possessed of a take charge attitude that allowed me to just be in the moment and enjoy the experience come the day of my wedding. As a bride who hasn't been involved in a wedding for a good long while and was quite ignorant of many important aspects of getting hitched, she proved to be a fount of knowledge. She wasn't shy about giving us her opinion and when we asked her why she recommended certain things, she provided logical explanations. My husband and I were both working, buying a house and planning a move to another state, while simultaneously planning our wedding, so we were not always the quickest to respond. But she had infinite patience with us. I highly recommend her to any soon-to-be bride and groom.

    Detailed, knowledgeable, personable and competent!

    My wife and I thought we could coordinate our small wedding, but after thinking about it we decided to get a day of coordinator. Angela, was amazing! Extremely communicative and highly organized, outstanding rapport with vendors. Quickly addressed our questions leading up to the wedding. She even addressed small details such as making sure our guests weren't holding a cell phone, sunglasses or a purse in their hands so our photos were always clean. She was always checking on us if we needed water or anything else. Great personality and competent, Angela knows what she is doing. Thank you Angela for making our wedding night a success!

    She is a Boss at her job

    Angela was amazing to work with. No only was she willing to go back and forth on the timeline to get it just right for us, but she would provide recommendations and suggestions on how she has seen things run best. She keeps even the most rowdy of groomsmen in line and was a godsend for us. I don't think our wedding would have been as flawless with without her.     A Wedding Angel!!

    If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, stop looking now!!! Angela is the best there is. Hiring her is absolutely the best money we spent in all of our wedding planning.

    She is a consummate professional with a ton of experience who will help you think of and handle all things relating to your wedding - big and small. She's also responsive, efficient, kind, and a pleasure to have around.

    Leading up to our wedding day she helped us plan our timeline, consider options for what to include and when, choose vendors (she suggested both our florist and DJ and who were both excellent!), coordinate with vendors, and so much more. She provided so much guidance and expertise while always ensuring the wedding reflected all of our own choices and personality.

    On the actual wedding day I could have sworn there were three of her. She was handling every question that came up, coordinating with every vendor, and attending to details, all without intruding on us or taking us out of the experience at all. My Dad asked me, "how much did you pay her?" and when I told him he said "it's not enough!" I absolutely agree!

    There were so many details that Angela kept in her mind that I would never have thought of, and all of her tremendous efforts resulted in a seemless and stress free day for us. I cannot recommend her more highly. Even if you think you don't need a coordinator, trust me, you will be SO glad you have Angela on your team.

    Best coordinator ever!

    My husband and I first met Angela at a bridal show and were immediately impressed with her professionalism and attention to detail. We spoke with several coordinators and every time, we kept coming back to Angela, and we are so glad we did! She was meticulous and organized with everything leading up to the big day. Multiple timelines were revised and sent out and she coordinated with all of our other vendors. She helped us set up the day before at the rehearsal, and the rehearsal itself went smooth and quick. Everyone knew what they were supposed to be doing, where they were supposed to be positioned, and when they needed to be there. We cannot say enough amazing things about Angela and her services and will recommend her to anyone we know that is looking for a day-of coordinator.

    Best Event Coordinator!!!!

    Angela was absolutely amazing. She is not only extremely organized but she had really great recommendations, most of which I used for our special day. She made sure everything went smoothly on the day of the wedding. I only wish I would of hired her to coordinate the entire wedding instead of only day of. I would hire her over and over again, she was worth every dime.

    As someone who knew next to nothing about planning a wedding, I couldn’t have asked for a better person than Angela to help me. She is without a doubt someone you need by your side during this journey. Angela showed us everything down to the fine details, some of which I would have never thought of myself. Most of all, when we were having issues with our venue, Angela went above and beyond for me, and during that stressful time I couldn’t be more appreciative of her support.     Absolutely Amazing

    My husband and I got married August 10. Angela was absolutely the BEST! I debated on whether I needed a coordinator and I am so glad I trusted Angela. She help me with so much more then just the minimum in our contract. She is professional and passionate. I was planning a wedding from another state and still trying to work full time with two kids so I was scattered everywhere. Angela was so patient and kept me on track. She went above and beyond from the rehearsal to absolutely everything during the wedding. She was quick to make decision and keep things moving and on track. On top of all of this she was a middle man with the vendors so I only had 1 point of contact to deflect any confusion. I can absolutely say that Angela is worth every penny and so much more. I can’t thank Angela enough for making my wedding that much more special! And if you are debating STOP! You will NOT regret it.

    How can even put into words how amazing Angela is? I met Angela at a bridal bazaar and when we told her we were getting married at a Naval Base, she knew every little detail about our venue. She blew our minds as she knew more than we did! We knew we had to work with her. She was so organized and on top of everything. She worked with us on our timeline to make it exactly how we wanted it and came up with ideas and suggestions we had never even thought about. She is way more than just a "day of coordinator", she was with us every step of the way. She was in constant contact with all of our vendors for months leading up to our wedding. On the day of the wedding, when I showed up to the venue, I was in complete shock when I saw how everything was laid out and decorated. I had a vision of how I wanted things to look, and Angela did her own thing and made everything look 1000 times better than I could ever imagine. She killed it! She always let us know what was coming up next and whenever I needed something, she was right there. She was calm, which kept me calm. If we needed wine, she suddenly appeared with it. Everyone in my wedding party kept talking about how badass she was. Worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY! If you need a day of coordinator, you have to hire Angela!! Angela, thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my wedding so special! We appreciate you so much!!!

    We met Angela at a San Diego Bridal Expo, she had a booth set up and we were looking for a wedding coordinator. Hiring Angela was the best wedding planning decision we made. She is organized and knowledgeable and flexible when need be, she ran our rehearsal so well and our wedding day went off without a hitch thanks to her. She is a joy to work with, she is funny and upbeat and she helped us plan our dream San Diego wedding (while we were living in Virginia!). Thank you Angela!     Where do i even start? I recently got married 3.18.17 and i made the best decision by choosing Angela to be my planner. She was by far the best money i spent on my wedding and have no regrets having her help plan my wedding. I got married at a place that we were able to bring in our own vendors, bring our own beer, etc. Angela had so many vendors that she gave us to choose from, which we really appreciated. Every vendor she suggested was solid and very professional. The months before the wedding Angela was honestly a god send! She was so organized, flexible, easy to get ahold of, helpful, the list could go on and on. She thought of things that i never would have thought of. As i said before she was great! My wedding would not have gone so smoothly without her. The day of the wedding she was there hours before the start to make sure everything was set up the way we discussed. The day of the wedding i was nice and relaxed because i knew Angela was there handling all of the details. During the wedding Angela was around making sure everything was going as planned and so much more. My husband and I had a blast at our wedding and said to each other "I don't know what we would have done without a great planner like Angela". I would highly recommend Angela to anyone looking to have a great party, wedding, etc. You are missing out if you don't choose a great planner like her!

    Angela is truly the most amazing coordinator. She was hands down the best money we spent toward wedding costs. First if you're thinking about not hiring a coordinator skip that thought and call Angela. At first I thought my bridesmaids and family would help me and I could save the money but even my husband said he would have paid double for what she did for us. I did the bootcamp and day of coordination but she did so much more than that. We sat down right after we hired her and Angela and I went through and picked out every detail that I thought I had already chosen. Next we went over budget and exactly how much I was looking to spend. She told me where to save money and spend it. I am so glad we listened to her advice. She went through and found multiple vendors for each of my needs, contacted them for availability and then got the prices even lower! Everything she saved us by contacting them paid off what we paid her and more! She is so detail orented and amazing with the entire event that I literally couldn't have a bridezilla meltdown. Anything that could have gone wrong she fixed ahead of time. I am so thankful that my husband and I had her to coordinate my fairytale wedding!

    Best Money Spent - You Will Not Regret!

    Hiring Angela as my day-of-coordinator was the best decision and money I spent on my wedding. She took care of everything from telling everyone in my wedding party where to be and when, to decorating the entire reception and ceremony area (and cleaning it all up/packing up cars), to making sure my husband and I received appetizers and drinks when we would have otherwise missed out because of pictures. I truly didn't have to do a single thing the day of my wedding, and I'm so thankful for it. Angela was very easy to work with and went above and beyond in every way for my day.

    I met Angela at an Admiral Kid tasting/vendor fair. From the moment I met Angela she not only impressed me by her details but also impressed my mother and aunt who had been against me hiring a day of coordinator. From the moment we met to the day of my wedding she had answers to every question and had wonderful suggestions. One suggestion was having Hostess Snack Cakes at the dessert table. It was probably the biggest hit of our night. We had so many guests telling us how awesome it was! She had me thinking of things I hadn't even considered or thought of! When my day big day finally arrived Angela's planning and assistance made all the difference in the world. I can't imagine my day been as wonderful with out all of Angela's hard work. As my husband said Angela's the Mary Poppins of coordinating! She certainly made my day worry and stress free! Not to mention her pricing is great and her services are worth every single penny!     Great coordinator!

    For my wedding back in June, I hired Angela. She was fabulous. We had a miss communication with the base that we were going to be having our wedding on and Angela went above and beyond making sure that the day turned out perfectly, getting in touch with the base and sorting everything out. She can be a little pushy at times, but I am sure without her without her nudges my wedding day would not have turned out as perfectly and as smoothly as it did. Thank you!

    Our special moment was STOLEN from us. : (

    We met Angela at a Bridal Bazaar and felt she was a great match with her energy and how OCD she presented herself to us that day. In the beginning, everything went as expected. We kept in touch through emails and she seemed on top of everything.
    As the time got closer to our wedding, I started to have to chase after her with not replying to emails or not following through. By all means, I’m not a bridezilla and I understand people sometimes get busy, but you’re the coordinator so I expect you to be on top of things and not have to chase after you for anything.
    The main reason why she is receiving a poor review is from what happened the day of our wedding. My wedding was simple. No bridal party…just me, my groom, and my dad walking down the aisle. When the ceremony started, I asked Angela how would I be able to know when to walk because I can’t even hear the music from back here. She said she would cue me in of course. I walked almost halfway down the aisle/hallway and that’s when I realized the processional song (the songs the guests arrive to) IS STILL PLAYING!! That means my husband didn’t even walk down to his song!!! What the heck?!
    I start slowing my pace hoping for this to get fixed asap. Now, the music stops entirely. SILENCE. I really don’t know if I should keep walking or what. Where’s Angela in all of this? No where. The music my husband was suppose to walk to now starts playing….then it changes to my song as I reach the altar. Oh my gosh. My (now) husband and I just held hands and stared in each other’s eyes in disbelief. The ONE moment we had on this special day WAS STOLEN from us. Our mood was ruined and we just tried to refocus so that we could enjoy the remaining ceremony.
    It’s been a couple of months since our wedding and we’ve had time to reflect on what may have went wrong. Although the DJ plays the other big hand in this situation, we truly believe it was Angela who failed to make sure she had clear communication, eye contact, etc with the DJ. The first screw up is when my husband walked down to the incorrect song, the processional song. At this point, did Angela not notice? I would think if she realized THAT song was messed up, she would make it a BIG point to not mess up the bride’s song. But, no. I, too, am walking down to the same incorrect song, the processional song!
    There were other small mistakes she did during the wedding, but really, our walk during the ceremony…that was the biggest. Yes, we all make mistakes…but this is really one that shouldn’t have happened especially for the very, simple wedding ceremony that I had.
    I wish I could give 5 stars as a lot of people have on here, but unfortunately my experience was not a good one.
