Incredible hair and makeup stylists. On time, great communication, high quality products that lasted all day on a for a rainy spring wedding. Stacey did an incredible job with my rehearsal dinner hair, and Carla and Irina worked magic for me and my bridal party for my wedding day! Zero complaints, they are the best!!

I hired Once Upon A Bride after chatting with Stacey and team for my makeup for my wedding on New Year's Eve 2025. I had Lauren from OUAB do my trial and wedding makeup and she was not only SO MUCH fun to work with but made me feel the most glam and gorgeous I ever have in my life. I had so many compliments all night of my wedding and the makeup stayed perfect from 12PM until 12AM when the wedding was over which was so impressive. Lauren also did makeup for my mother and mother in law and they looked so natural and so stunning. I cannot recommend OUAB enough - working with Stacey and Lauren for makeup was a true joy and I hope to have them do my makeup again for an occasion in the future.

The absolute best. I needed makeup done for my engagement photoshoot, which took place at 7:30am. The team was willing to open the makeup studio early for me at 5:30am, and the makeup artist Gina was amazing. She gave me exactly what I asked for and revised the makeup based on my feedback. Highly recommend!!

I am so glad I worked with Stacey and Once Upon a Bride for my hair and makeup for my wedding day! From our first phone call, Stacey took a ton of time to find out exactly what I was looking for, made recommendations, and communicated with me throughout the process to ensure our looks were exactly what I had in mind. Nadia and Gina were our hair and makeup artist, and doing the trial at Stacey's beautiful 26th Street studio was one of my favorite parts of wedding prep! I had a great time as we tried a ton of different looks, and laughed the whole time as well! Stacey even gave me a snack from her bag when I mentioned I was looking forward to eating after. :) After the trial Stacey called me personally to make sure I loved each look, and to see if I wanted any adjustments. I teared up during my trial, and realized it would be best to skip eyeliner on my under eye for the wedding day – I am so glad Stacey called me while that was still fresh in my mind. Stacey also came up with a fantastic schedule – on the day of, my bridal party and I felt there was plenty of time and everything ran smoothly. My girls and I LOVED our hair and makeup looks. Nadia and Gina did such beautiful work, and were super fun to hang out with during the process as well - it flew by. I would 100% recommend working with Once Upon a Bride - you will love how you look!

I cannot say enough great things about Once Upon A Bride. Stacey was extremely communicative and worked with me every step of the way to make sure that I was paired with the right beauty team for my wedding day. After several phone calls and text message exchanges, Stacey suggested that I work with Gina (makeup) and Carla (hair), who could not have been more phenomenal. Not only did they do an amazing job on my hair and makeup, but they had such great energy on my wedding day and it felt like I was spending time with old friends. My bridesmaids couldn't stop talking about how much they loved their hair and makeup, and how fun Gina and Carla were. Gina and Carla also graciously stayed with us until 7PM for touchups (a 12 hour day for them!). I highly recommend Once Upon A Bride for your wedding day!

Stacey and her team were incredible to work with for my wedding, their work is just stunning! She and Gina did an absolutely beautiful job with my wedding hair & makeup, and all of my bridesmaids and mom looked gorgeous too. Stacey was wonderful, from the trial where we tried several suggestions she had, up until the weeks leading up to my wedding where she cut & soft layered my hair, and I'm so excited to go back to her salon after the wedding. She has a discerning eye for what works well but was also so pleasant in taking in my input. Cannot give a more glowing recommendation!
