Olivia is is the best! I don't think we could have pulled off the wedding without her! We had it in my parents backyard and with her expertise and skills as a coordinator, we would not have been able to make it as wonderful as it was! She is a professional in every aspect and worked with mine and my mom's crazy schedule as well. She spent many full 8 hour days with us just wedding planning! I am trying to convince my mom to have another event, just to spend time with Olivia! Working with Olivia as our day-of-coordinator was the best decision we made for our wedding! We are a low maintenance, organized couple who were originally on the fence about whether to hire a day-of coordinator - we are so thankful we did! No matter how prepared you think you are, there are so many things that could come up on your wedding day that you will not want to deal with and could detract from your ability to be in the moment. Because of Olivia’s expertise and care for the details, we were able to be fully present with our family, our friends, and each other!

We first started working with Olivia in 2019, and we knew immediately that she understood our style, our speed, and our vision. When we had to postpone our wedding due to covid, she was incredibly helpful in guiding us through all the steps that go into rescheduling and replanning a wedding. By the time our 2021 wedding arrived, our vision had changed and she adjusted with us! In the weeks leading up to our wedding she communicated with all of our vendors, developed a comprehensive and coordinated timeline, and asked all of the questions we didn’t even know we needed to ask.

On our wedding day she made magic happen! She transformed an old arbor into a beautiful garland display, she single handedly made our cocktail hour and dessert tables look like pieces of art, and she adjusted with poise when one of our vendors arrived late. She’s one of those people who has a knack for reading a situation, knows exactly what is needed, and is prepared for every outcome. Not only is she an all-star, but she is also fun, easygoing, and kind - we would recommend her to anyone!

Olivia will not do you wrong. As an event professional myself, I knew I needed a pro, and when we thought we were going to have a big wedding, I could tell Olivia would be perfect. Then COVID happened — and Olivia was wonderful, helping us transition to a gorgeous microwedding. She turned some spray painted bottles, farmers market flowers, scrap fabric and wood rounds into the most beautiful table settings and decor. She also seamlessly incorporated some family items into a wonderfully eclectic and special design.

Olivia is organized, positive, detailed, has a wonderful talent for artistry no matter your palette or location, and she knows how to roll with change. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Olivia was a phenomenal coordinator to work with for my wedding day. She was super friendly and easy to work with. She made me feel at ease on one of my most important days in life. My only negative is that now that the wedding is over, I won't be able to work with her anymore! If you are looking for someone you will be glad you hired, definitely hire Olivia. She was more than we could have ever expected and I have a hard time believing anyone else would have made us so happy!
