Made sure our wedding guests arrived safely and smoothly

We hired Butler for our wedding in Woodinville, and we're so glad we did! We got 2 shuttles to transport our guests from 2 separate hotels to our venues. They made sure to communicate the pick up time and pick up locations in advance of the ceremony, so that we were able to communicate these details to our guests. Our guests arrived promptly and safely, and though we did not use the shuttles ourselves, our guests said they had a good experience. We're very thankful for their drivers and team for coordinating the transportation logistics of our wedding!

Safe, fun, flexible, classy!

We recommend Butler Seattle to ALL of our couples and their guests. When transportation is provided by Butler, we know our clients will arrive and leave in style; they will be transported in clean, quality vehicles; the drivers are always professional, friendly, and on time. Unlike other services that have arrived late, charged "new" fees, or were a little sketchy, Butler does what they have been hired to do, they do it well, and they do it in style. We love that they will split a shift into a delivery and a pick-up window and they charge for time rather than distance. We would love it if every couple used Butler on their wedding day.

What an exquisite experience

We used Butler Seattle on our wedding day to shuttle more than 100 guests from the hotel to the ceremony to the reception and then back to the hotel at the end of the night. Nicola was a dream come true to work with, she even coordinated with the drivers to have enough water bottles and napkins on board for every passenger because we provided snacks to our guests after the ceremony. On the day of our wedding, Emily texted me updates so that we knew when the first shuttle had left the hotel. Butler Seattle made everything stress-free and we would work with them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

Butler was really great. From the beginning, we kept being suggested Butler as our method for wedding guest transportation, and they did not disappoint. They were always very responsive and helped work through logistics and price restrictions to ensure it was something that worked well. The driver was incredible, too – he was on time at each stop, both pick-up and drop-off, and was checking in with our day-of coordinator to ensure things were going smoothly. Butler really was wonderful – we couldn’t recommend them enough!

Butler was great. They were on time, followed our agenda (but were flexible with a last minute change, and an even later last minute change). Only one driver seemed not to know where he was going and had a lead foot. The vehicles were clean and spacious.
