We booked Old San Luis BBQ for our Wedding Rehearsal Dinner/Welcome Party, and they were one of the very first vendors we secured—and for good reason! Kevin was absolutely AMAZING—so easy to communicate with, super responsive, and a true wealth of knowledge. From start to finish, everything felt effortless with him.

We also rented the Old San Luis BBQ Tap Truck, and it was a total HIT—I'm still obsessed with it! Guests are still talking about how incredible the food was. Honestly, Old San Luis BBQ was one of our favorite vendors from the entire wedding weekend.

The service was top tier, the experience was seamless, and I would book them again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend to anyone planning a wedding or event!

We hired Old SLO BBQ as our wedding caterer. Kevin was extremely easy to work with and made the whole process stress-free. The value was outstanding, especially compared to other caterers in the area, and the food was beyond amazing. Everyone loved it!

I used Old Slo BBQ for catering and for their tap truck for my wedding. Right from the start, Kevin made me feel at ease and was very communicative. We worked together to decide on the perfect menu for food and drink.
The food is fantastic. Every bite leads to an exclamation of "this is SO good". Our guests were impressed with the food and with the service.
The tap truck was a cool option. We opted for 2 beers, 2 wines, a seltzer, and 3 premade cocktails. Being that it was a hot day, we ran out of beer within a few hours, so I wish we had been better prepared for that, but other than that, it was great.

Kevin and his team were incredible for our wedding day! They were flexible, professional, and helpful with all of our needs for the day. We also rented their tap truck for our bar setup and it was a hit! It looked so good outside at the cocktail hour. Plus the food was incredible!!! So happy we picked Old Slo BBQ to cater our wedding.

Working with the catering manager, Kevin, was such a great experience. He was really responsive to emails, always made time for phone calls, and worked with us to schedule a tasting for while we were in town for planning. He was able to give us advice to fit our budget and quality priorities and we had total faith that his team would execute day-of. They made sure that we got appetizers during our pictures and packed up our leftovers perfectly. We got so many compliments on the food and we were so happy to have one of our favorite local restaurants do such an amazing job on our big day.

We used Old SLO BBQ for our wedding this past August and we're so happy with the quality and taste of the food! Kevin was a rockstar to work with and was so accommodating when we had to reschedule our tasting a few times since we don't live in the area. We have been going to Old SLO BBQ since we were in college and couldn't pass up having them cater our wedding. The food was delicious and Kevin was able to adjust our order and what we needed so easily. We got so many compliments about the food at our wedding and were stoked to be able to take all of the leftovers home at the end of the night. We would highly recommend Old SLO BBQ and can't wait to stop by on our next trip down to get a tri-tip sandwich!

We hired Old Slo BBQ for our rehearsal dinner and welcome drinks party and were so glad we found them. After dealing with lots of incredible vendors who needed a lot of input and assistance and the stress of getting the wedding day details together, Old Slo stood out from the crowd with their ability to seemingly deliver everything we wanted while making the process as easy for us as possible. Everything we asked if they could do for us they delivered. We need ice. We got it. We need set up and tear down help. No problem. We need bartending. No problem we've got an awesome TAP TRUCK loaded with local beers and we'll charge by the pour. Seriously these guys were amazing and our guests absolutely loved this experience. And I can't forget the food it was some of the best BBQ I've had. All of this and the pricing was incredibly reasonable, like significantly less than some other vendors in the area. Seriously can't recommend them enough.

The food for our wedding was phenomenal and our guest couldn’t stop talking about it! Kevin was super easy to work with and the whole team did a great job. Delicious and reasonably priced!

We absolutely loved having Old SLO BBQ cater our wedding! Kevin was great to work with. Very professional and quick to respond. The staff that we had at on our wedding day were so great, they did a wonderful job. Our guests are still talking about how amazing the food was and that the portions were large! And everyone loved the appetizers. We highly recommend them for all catering needs. So happy we can always go back and get more from their restaurants when we want haha

Loved the variety of meat, salad, and carb options for our wedding! Everyone really loved the food and great for all types of dietary needs. The tri tip, pulled pork, and cowboy corn pie were definitely the highlights of dinner.
