Okie Dokie's Smokehouse provided the food for my wedding and it was excellent. Because we were having a wedding in the South I wanted to have a food and a wedding cake that was a representation of good southern food. So this is why I chose to have barbeque as our main course and a red velvet cake as our wedding cake. Okie Dokie's was very professional in getting back to me about all the details for the food and they were very punctual in the setting-up and serving of the food.
