We received a recommendation from a friend to book New Power Soul after she saw them perform at 2 other weddings. Our guests were blown away by their talent and had so much fun dancing the entire night. I truly think a band can make or break a wedding reception and they nailed it. They are 100% worth the investment! Highly recommend!

After seeing New Power Soul perform at a bar on the Jersey Shore, we knew we needed them for our wedding. We booked them after that one performance and they did not disappoint. We looked at other 'company-style' bands that were triple the price, but they just didn't have the charisma, excitement, and grittiness of NPS. NPS gave us the most extensive song list, let us highlight our must-plays and remove whatever songs we did not want to hear. They played the entire night of our wedding, people were dancing the ENTIRE TIME (even during dinner). Frank and Jack were a dream team to work with, making sure every detail we requester was fulfilled. I highly recommend NPS to any couple getting married!

New Power Soul exceeded my expectations and trust me, my expectations were HIGH. I found New Power Soul on a night out at The Columns in Avon and immediately knew that I wanted them for my wedding. What I noticed that night was that adults in their mid 20’s up through adults in their late 60’s were dancing and enjoying their music-- just what you need for a wedding. I started following the band to Jenks, Columns and even Stevie G’s to listen for my favorites. Jack and Frank made the process stress-free and honestly, enjoyable. Frank especially helped us to make our reception run the way that we envisioned and guided us on how to make the best use of our time. I am grateful for that because it turned out perfect. The song list that they offer is extremely extensive, so there is something for everyone. The band prides themselves on reading the room, and reading the room they did. Our guests jammed the entire night. One highlight is that the band also learns your first song if they do not already have it on their list and Jenny and the band knocked it out of the park. Some of our guests had to do a double take because they thought it was a CD of Lady Gaga playing, not the band. Most memorable, our dance floor was packed from the moment speeches ended until the last song, “I don’t want to go home.” I even got up and sang with the band. SO MUCH FUN! Our guests really cannot get over it, they have said that this is the BEST wedding band that they have experienced. If you are looking to have a packed dance floor and the absolute best time singing and dancing alongside your guests, look no further. One of my Mom’s biggest concerns was volume (for our older guests) and they even bring their own sound tech to manage the volume so it is at an appropriate level. New Power Soul is very professional, extremely talented, and most importantly, fun. You will not be disappointed. Thank you for helping to create some of the most special memories of our wedding day. It would not have been the same experience without you rocking our reception!

New Power Soul were incredible! I don’t think there was a moment where we looked up to an empty dance floor. The band kept our guests dancing from start to finish and our guests have been telling us since what a great band we had! We couldn’t agree more and highly recommend them!

We were lucky enough to have New Power Soul as our wedding band and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. With their versatile playlist, they were able to entertain all of our guests and keep the dance floor packed. They are such talented musicians who worked with us to choose appropriate songs for our mixed generational crowd. Everyone who attended the wedding raved about how good they were. If you want to keep your guests entertained the whole night, then New Power Soul is the way to go.

Absolutely amazing, played the entire time and had everyone up and dancing. So easy to work with and responsive as well. We received so many compliments about them from guests. Would recommend over and over again!!!

I can not say enough good things about the band. To begin, Jack and Frank are the easiest people to work with. Jack was super responsive with his emails and his responses to all the questions I had leading up to the wedding. Frank offered such great tips and advice for the reception. They each took their time to answer all my questions and made sure that everything was exactly the way my husband and I wanted it. Now onto the band! I am a firm believer that if you have good music and good food, you have a great wedding! The band is a 9 piece instrumental with 2 lead singers, a female and male vocal. Every member of the band has their own talent and when put together, they are absolutely magical. So many people from my wedding complimented the band and felt they were absolutely fantastic. Again, truly worth every penny!

These guys ROCK; New Power Soul made our wedding night. First and foremost they are all awesome on a personal level - super helpful and very responsive which made working with them easy. They also traveled over 2 hours north to Connecticut to play for our wedding. The dance floor was packed the entire time and if we could have had them play all night, we would have. Frank and New Power Soul were amazing. Our wedding date was October 26th, 2013 and our reception was at Clarks Landing in Point Pleasant. The dance floor, no joke, was packed the entire wedding. Our guests were raving! At times, we all had to stop and look to see if they were actually singing the songs!! They sounded so close to the originals, it was like listening to a CD. Frank, the band leader, was easy to work with and the entire band is extremely talented. One guest told my mother-in-law if she was a bride she would base her entire wedding date on the band's availability! So true they honestly helped to make our wedding the best day of our lives. Mark and I also had taken over a month's worth of dance lessons to prepare for our first choreographed dance. We are not professionals by any means and really needed the band to be on cue with our song in order to execute our dance correctly. They were on cue with the music we had practiced to perfectly. They helped create memories that I know Mark and I will cherish for a lifetime. Love this band and can not wait to go see them again to relive the memories!!!

Our wedding was December 10, 2010. Frank was great to work with and always available for questions. The band itself was amazing! We had a few special requests which they honored. Our guests were on the dance floor all night and had nothing but raves on how wonderful the band was!! It was a fantastic evening all around and definitely a night to remember. Thank you for adding so much to our special day and making it so memorable!! It was surreal.. and we are so thankful! Best wishes.
