Our wedding was September 2024, we booked them online and went to their location in Paso Robles for an ice cream tasting (probably was my favorite part of wedding planning ever!) we got to try like 10 different flavors to pick our favorites.

They showed up on time. Were very responsive, extremely professionals and made the late night snack a total hit.

We had originally planned on having the Negranti Scoop truck at our wedding but due to unforeseen circumstances of a Covid-19 we were unable to have our original large wedding. Despite the drastic downsize, Alexis at Negranti still wanted to be part of our day and offered to bring us ice cream cakes and individually wrapped ice cream sandwiches #CovidFriendly to hand out to our guests in lieu of the scoop truck. Our guests raved about how delicious the ice cream was and how cute ice cream sandwiches were and how convenient they were to have with you while you were on the dance floor. We are so glad that Negranti was able to be part of our day & we were so happy to introduce our guests to the deliciousness that is sheep’s milk ice cream cookie sandwiches, we can’t pick a favorite because everyone was great but we highly recommend trying the Coffee Chip & Salted Brown Sugar sandwiches!

Beware of this business when it comes to booking for events. We paid them in full and they never showed up to our wedding. OUR WEDDING!
Last we heard was that they have us down on their calendar and that was it. Our event coordinator tried multiple times to get ahold of them and heard absolutely nothing. Calls, emails, etc. During our reception our coordinator broke the news to us saying she talked with the owner (finally!) and they will not be coming because they sold their ice cream truck? What? Why would anyone sell their ice cream truck when they have events scheduled with it. So unprofessional.
Our guests were left empty handed for dessert that night and it was humiliating. Especially because we talked it up so much.
I'm a business owner myself and it makes me sick to my stomach to imagine doing this to any of my customers.
Please watch out for this business when it comes to events!
