Cassie created a delicious lemon cake with raspberry filling for my daughter's wedding. It was exactly what my daughter asked for, and the guests were generous in their praise for its appearance and moist tastiness. Cassie also made red velvet cupcakes--a favorite of the groom. Yum! I booked Cassie for a small bride/groom cake and cupcakes for our guests and it was one of the best decisions I made. We choose carrot cake and marble cupcakes and they were super moist and tasty. I had ordered 20% over, just in case, and glad I did, because there weren't many left at the end of the night. For the bride/groom cake we ordered my favorite, German chocolate, and I wish we still had some to munch on....it was that good. Cassie listened to our ideas on design and provided us with exactly what we requested. Everything was just beautiful. I highly recommend Cassie's Custom Cakes for any of our cake/cupcakes desires.

My husband and I got married on August 6, 2016. Cassie was absolutely wonderful to work with. Our cake was beautiful and looked just like I imagined it would. All three layers were also completely delicious! Cassie is a busy lady, so I followed the advice of all the websites and checked in with each of my vendors the week before the wedding and everything turned out perfectly with our cake! We would highly recommend Cassie!

The yummiest almond cake! Cassie had us to her home for a tasting and to decide what the look of our cake would be. She made it absolutely perfect!!!

Cassie was a great find. She had reasonable prices and saw our vision through. We wanted cupcakes and she did two different types with different fillings and decorated them so they were beautiful. She arranged the cake table to look amazing. The cake was soooooo delicious. We really lucked out finding her.

We celebrated our one year anniversary a couple months ago and the cake, kept in the freezer very well wrapped, was still fantastic! At the wedding we loved the cake. The guests loved cake, and we ate great cake a year later. The service was perfect. I would recommend Cassie's Cakes.

Cassie did a great job on our wedding cakes.. we had a beautiful tiered white cake with strawberry filling and buttercream frosting, and a chocolate sheet cake with chocolate mousse filling and buttercream frosting. Both cakes were delicious and looked beautiful. They were even better than I remembered from the cake tasting! We also appreciated that she was able to work with our budget.

Our cake from Cassie's Cakes was amazing. She took all of my ideas for a cake and brought back the perfect design. However, as a foodie, I cared about the actual cake just as much as the sign. The cake was fluffy, flavorful and most of all it wasn't sickingly sweet. I plan on getting a mini cake for our one year anniversary from Cassie's!

Beautiful cake and so delicious. Cassie worked with us to design a fabulous seahorse theme cake. It was stunning and tasted great. She arrived early to set our cake up at our destination wedding. We appreciated the delivery and ease of working with her. She listened and is truly an artist. She created the seahorses by hand, instead of using molds. Amazing work, highly recommend. My wedding date was July 13, 2013.
