I am a local wedding planner and Trumpet Vine is one of my favorite wedding caterers- not only do they make delicious and beautiful food- but their team is prompt to reply to emails, detail oriented and all-around team players! They really care about their quality- making sure all food is fresh and hot. They take care of their vendors and will always be eager to jump in and help make your day perfect! Erica and Trumpet Vine team catered our wedding in Paso Robles! We're so glad we chose Trumpet Vine, especially a snafu where another caterer completed ghosted us.

We wanted to give a big shoutout to Erica, who was a total dream to work with in the 1+ year process leading up to the wedding. She helped craft the menu, and she incorporated all of our changes and answered my many questions super promptly. They were also able to help with some specific requests with a large format champagne bottle and wine service. The food was delicious, beautifully plated, and generously portioned (good to know that the day-of portions are much larger than the tasting portions!).

Trumpet & Vine Catering did an amazing job for our wedding! We got married at Terra Mia on 9/17 and we're referred to Trumpet & Vine. They did an absolute wonderful job with all of the food, I had guests messaging me for days afterwards raving about it. Highly recommend the mac & cheese croquettes as an appetizer, it was our favorite. To say the least, the food was so tasty and good! The team at Trumpet & Vine were great with communication through out the process and made things so easy. We recommend them to anyone for catering! Thank you guys for all of your hard work at our wedding!

Working with Trumpet Vine Catering definitely helped set our wedding day apart from the others! We both love food and were so excited to have such a unique and fantastic menu for our wedding day to share with our friends and family! Both my fiancee and I think that wedding food can make or break your day, and Trumpet Vine definitely helped make ours amazing! We were able to taste our menu a few months prior, and pick the whole menu, with help from their chef! The whole experience was great, and everyone who attended raved about the food. We're so glad to have worked with them on our special day!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND - ONE OF THE BEST WEDDING DECISIONS WE MADE! First off, the food was so delicious that our guests are still reaching out to us to rave about how much they enjoyed their meals...months after our wedding. Being able to serve our loved ones a truly mouthwatering meal was especially important to my husband and me, as food is one of our love languages. Second, the end to end service we received from Sara, Chef Nick, and the TVC team was just outstanding. My husband and I wanted to create new, thoughtful dishes to reflect our venue and cultures, so Sara and Chef Nick worked tirelessly with us for weeks to curate the most perfect plates to share with our guests. I could go on and on about how much I appreciate this team and how amazing they were to us...but long story short, you really will not regret working with them!

Trumpet Vine catered our 50-person wedding with a Taco Bar and it was perfect! Everyone commented on how friendly and helpful the staff was all while making the experience stress-free for me. They cleaned and racked all of our rentals (which was amazing when the rental company showed up at 8 am the next morning) and they left us SOOO much leftover food which was totally unexpected and we were so grateful when no one wanted to cook the next day.

My husband and I were blown away by the level of professional service we received from Erica and her team at Trumpet Vine. We were constantly being offered food and drinks throughout the evening which made it so much easier to prioritize eating on such a busy day! The food was so delicious and we have zero regrets with choosing Trumpet Vine. Amazing service, amazing food, amazing people!

Trumpet Vine did an amazing job catering our wedding of 200 people. Erica was very attentive from our tasting day to our wedding day, bringing us a glass of wine and appetizers right after our ceremony! Such a thoughtful touch when everyone is rushing around after the ceremony. The food was delicious and we couldn't have been happier with hiring Trumpet Vine!
