I was rescheduled twice, the girl was late. She acted as if she was a recovering from something or not on what she needed to be. I had on site request didn't get it. My hair was left in messy. I was my wedding day and she had me running behind because she was rushing. Omg the person Liane trying to collect money from me is threatening theft because I wasn't satisfied with services ,its not like I had much of a choice. She didn't want to compromise with me at all after explaining.the situation. Just insane and then to have a addict working on you Jesus help me

This is my younger sister, my only sister. She wasn't raised to be that way at all. We lost both our parents over the last 2 years. She didn't care about them even and never contacted them. I'm so sorry she put a stain on any of you guys weddings or special events. Please accept an apology from the Fitzgerald family, which I am the patriarch. I have all her personal info if you need to take her to small claims court.

She hired stylist their was about 7-9 hair stylist and makeup artist that never got paid don’t book with her she over priced every one there hounding people to pay she doesn’t have kids but would yell your taking money from my kids

They hire freelance stylists and then fail to pay up, delay and flat lie.

Awful. Deceitful. Unprofessional. Period. I wish I had seen all the reviews before I booked them for my wedding because it sounds like SO many people had the same experience. The night before my wedding I received a text message from Shaun asking for money harassing me until 11pm until I had paid for my entire bridal party instead of waiting one more day. I had requested a contract from her 2 times, which is totally standard in which she never sent me. The prices we agreed upon were not met and the day of my wedding before I walked down the aisle she made me venmo her for an "extension and travel fee" that was never discussed. I had 3 bridesmaids schedule and pay (obviously bc she made me) for updo's that were NEVER COMPLETED and her extra hairstylist just up and left in the middle. 2 of my girls hair were in curlers when she started to pack up. I had a friend of mine do the girls hair that never got done. I also sent photos of what I wanted for my bridesmaids and the ones that did get theirs done just received jerry curls and half up dos. We were never offered a refund and were totally gouged. This lady literally was the only bad part of my entire day. I did everything I could to shove this experience aside to enjoy my wedding. She is totally unprofessional asking me personal questions like if "I was rich" and made me and my friends feel uncomfortable. BEWARE.

DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY! This was the ONLY bad part of my entire wedding, which was 4/21/18 - but it really stood out to me as the more than a bad experience and one of the worst vendors I've ever worked with in my LIFE. I WOULD NOT recommend this team! It was a nightmare to work with them. The prices kept changing on me, I could never get a reply when I needed one, and then the night before the wedding at 2AM I get an invoice and it's all double the price (after I'd been asking for an invoice for over a month and they kept saying I was emailing them too much and it was confusing). She also suddenly demanded the full amount due (after I'd paid the deposit already which was half) before she would come (in 6 hours)-I had already pulled out the cash for her and didn't have the funds available to transfer her. On the day of my wedding, they did not do a good job of sticking to the timelines, and many people didn't get finished and the hair person they brought did such a bad job the bridesmaids redid their hair in the bathroom. She was also late arriving to the reception site. In addition, right before I walked out for the actual wedding ceremony, the lead stylist Shaun starting yelling at me for some extra services she gave my mother in law. She was demanding the money right then (even though i'd hired her for a few hours). I explained that I was about to enter the ceremony and could get her the extra after the ceremony, and she started to cry and told me it was people like me that were why her children didn't have christmas gifts last year. I started to cry and had a panic attack. My stepmom was in the room and coughed up $100 cash and asked her to calm down and once she did, I asked her to leave. I had already paid her in cash that morning and she had already added on extra things at the last minute. She was late to my trial appt, due to getting pulled over for speeding, and I was told the trial was complimentary and then the day of the wedding she charged me for it
