Facilities and Capacity
Monte Verde Inn can accommodate weddings of up to 220 guests in its outdoor areas. The ceremony space is located under a canopy of magnificent cedar trees just behind the main house. Its rustic wooden arch provides a charming backdrop for nuptials. Large receptions are held on the verdant lawn, which can accommodate dining and dancing. Weddings of 80 guests or fewer can be held in the stately manor house. The ballroom’s floor-to-ceiling windows, original hardwood floors, and intricate chandelier make the space perfect for both ceremonies and receptions. The ballroom has a maximum capacity of 60 for the reception, while 20 can be seated in an adjacent private dining room.
Services Offered
The estate offers all-inclusive ceremony and reception or reception-only packages. All weddings are overseen by the property’s professional event planner, Lexi. She guides couples every step of the way and is on hand on the wedding day. The venue adheres to a strict one-event-per-day policy, ensuring couples and their guests have exclusive access to the grounds for their special day. Couples and the wedding party can use the manor’s elegant get-ready suites to prepare for the wedding or relax in between the ceremony and reception. In addition, your tables, chairs, china, glassware, and flatware are all provided by the property, as well as setup and teardown.
Cuisine
Monte Verde Inn provides all catering and bar services to weddings held here. Their all-inclusive packages include hors d’oeuvres, a two-course dinner either plated or buffet, and a custom wedding cake. Their skilled chef can cater to a variety of dietary restrictions, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten and dairy-free needs. Couples also have the option to add butler-passed champagne as their guests arrive or late-night snacks before everyone goes home.

My husband and I just got married here last weekend and holy crap we are still glowing with how perfect the night went!! Monte Verde is an almost all inclusive venue that really takes all the stress away from the couple. We were engaged for a little over a year and we were constantly asked by family and friends "oh my god aren't you stressed out??.. (annoyed face)."I can honestly say as the bride I was not and I am an overplanning kind of person. The coordinator Lexi and her staff have everything down to the exact minute and down to every single detail. Many details are taken care of for you and all you and your partner simply need to do is choose your details and then show up(cake detail, cake flavors, linens, all food, all bar drinks, florist for centerpieces, servers etc. ALL DONE FOR YOU) It was so nice! The only vendors we had to hire on our own were photographer/photobooth, videographer and DJ (all of which Lexi provides recommendations.) And the food was really good which is definitely a plus.
We need to give a special shoutout to the wedding planner and day of coordinator Lexi. She is AMAZING. She is awesome at communicating and providing honest feedback and opinions of what she thinks couples actually need versus what they see on pinterest that would cause a lot more work. She is VERY detailed oriented and thinks of so many things before the couple even does. On the day of she does an amazing job running the night and is always in the right spot at the right time holding exactly what it is that you are looking for.
Monte Verde is definitely worth the money. It is nicely tucked away off of Foresthill road. You feel like you are out of town getting married in a magical forest covered in twinkle lights but in reality you are about 20 minutes out of town. I also loved that everything was at one location (ceremony, reception, getting ready, etc.) The house itself is beautiful and has a lot of vintage traditional details that are to die for. There is also an inside ballroom that can be used in case of rain or in colder seasons.
We felt like our wedding was a movie. Everything went perfect and everything was so beautiful! I wish we could re-live the night over and over again!! -

Our son was married here on 7/06/19. It was over the top AMAZING! Hard to know where to start. But Lexi, the coordinator, is the obvious choice! She's a great communicator, she's very organized, she's on top of every little thing and she has a LOT of experience doing what she does. She's also knowledgeable and entertaining about human nature and gives great direction throughout the event. Next, the venue itself is absolutely beautiful. It's romantic, intimate (1 event per day) , clean, convenient (10 min east of Auburn) right off a very modern expressway. The backdrops there are STUNNING for your pictures. The price is excellent for what you get (all inclusive with delicious food, tables, chairs, linens, place settings, flowers and cake!) The florist is top notch who provides the venue flowers, the cake from the designated bakery is delicious, the FOOD is very good! The atmosphere and layout of the venue is very fun and beautiful. You cannot go wrong having your wedding here!

We've filmed weddings at the Monte Verde Inn for the last 15 years and can attest the the stunning beauty of the venue as well as the fabulous staff that we have grown to know and appreciate over these many years. I also appreciate that Monte Verde is ONE STOP for your wedding and guests: Plenty of room upstairs for dressing, a gorgeous ceremony site with a huge redwood canopy, a vintage red barn and vineyard in back for photo sessions, and an open lawn and spacious patio area for your perfect reception. What more could you ask for in a wedding venue?

Monte Verde Inn is one of my all time favorite venues. From a photographer's stand point, it is an ideal location. So many great places to shoot, such beauty and fun and interesting spots to photograph. As a long time wedding professional I can tell you Monte Verde Inn is one of the best place to have your wedding for ambience, food and service. They are on top of things there, everything runs so very smoothly and with they do with such grace. Truly some of the best food out there and they make very cool wedding cakes. Just a top notch venue you will LOVE !! EVERY BRIDE I have ever photographed there was totally happy with their wedding.
