Helped Create our Perfect Wedding Day!

We hired Kayla and MK Events for our September wedding in Petaluma. We found MK Events through our wedding venue and booked the month of coordination package right after our first phone consult. We had booked her in 2019, pre-covid, and she was very flexible when we decided to change our wedding date. She provided lots of vendor options in the local area and was always willing to make phone calls on our behalf. We touched base via Zoom, texting, and phone in preparation and to give ideas when we were feeling stuck. The week and day of the wedding she and her assistant were an absolute life saver, from finding makeup artists in a pinch to lending a hand pouring wine for tables, she didn’t let us worry for a minute. All the table settings were arranged beautifully! When we went back the next day to pick up, her and her team had everything organized and easy for us to retrieve. She made our lives so much easier and truly cared about our wedding making sure everything went off without a hitch.

AMAZING Group of Planners!

Hired these ladies really last minute when I HAD to have a day of coordinator at my venue. So happy I did. What a wonderful experience, very professional and quick to respond to all my emails, texts, and late phone calls. They managed with only two weeks time to turn it all around for me. We loved these girls and highly recommend them.

Eased my stress!

As a corporate events manager I walked in knowing that all events are stressful. I most definitly did not want to do this alone, I wanted to enjoy my big day! Vanessa exceeded our expectations beyond belief. I had been looking around for a planner for a while, but the girls at MK truly have a logistical and design style that in my opinion is unmatched! Vanessa was unbelievably organized, responsive, and always did whatever it took to make us happy! Kuddos to these girls who are true professionals! Thank you gals!

Best Experience

We are currently working with Madison to plan our perfect wedding day. My wife insisted we get a planner from the beginning. My wife works full-time plus some so I was in charge. (who would put a man in charge?) Beats me. I found MK Events through the knot. Madison has been so amazing to work with, my wife and I love her. She definitely goes above and beyond to make sure our visions are coming to surface. I can't thank her enough for taking the weight off our shoulders because boy was it weighing us down.
Absolutely recommend her to anyone who just wants to sit back and relax this time.

Amazing-highly recommend

My fiancé and I just finished the perfect wedding planner search. After looking around for a while we stumbled upon MK Events. Working with Vanessa has been a dream. She's so great. She's listening to every detail and making sure we are on track with everything. They gave us these amazing bridal checklists to keep us on track as well. Absolutely love her!

So Calming

Seriosuly- If me and my husband could give 1000 stars we would. From the very beginning these girls went above and beyond. We had hired them through Feast and they were absolutely stunning. Contracted as day of coordinators they went way above that ensuring the most perfect day we could have ever imagined! They had contingency plans already in place- so if anything came their way they were ready!
Special thanks to Kayla for the surprise bridal emergency kit that most definitely came in handy! From the bottom of our hearts we recommend!

These girls are AMAZING!

We loved every single encounter with these gals, from very start to our big day!
We turned our mothers home to an oasis. Every detail was perfect and precise. We specifically worked with Madison but all three were involved day of. They did not miss a beat. They even gave us a honeymoon package which was cute and so thoughtful!
We totally recommend them and hope your day is as special as ours!!

Worth Every Penny

We were so on the fence about getting a wedding planner. When we found MK Events, and had phone conversation with Kayla we KNEW! BEST DECISION HANDS DOWN. The whole process was amazing she was so quick with replying, passionate about our event. Made us feel as if we were the only couple she was working with! We loved working with them and definitely recommend them!

Avoid Kayla

I don’t know about the other planners as I only dealt with Kayla, kind of. She did absolutely nothing and got paid for it. When I say nothing that’s exactly what I mean. Don’t shy away from the company because I can’t speak on them but definitely avoid having Kayla say she will help because she won’t
