History

In 1898, this Club came to fruition as an 18-Hole course golf course set amid verdant woods and a brook. This beautiful retreat for Chicago citizens was designed by Herbert T. Tweedie, famous course architect. With its growing popularity, this destination was attended to horse-drawn wagons then by private passenger train. This Club continues its traditions of providing a space for family and culture to flourish.
