We had the best experience hiring Sandi McCracken to officiate our wedding this past April in Sonoma. From the start, Sandi was very communicative, caring and open to answer any questions we had. She understood my husband had a busy schedule and was very flexible and accommodating along all. Her voice was perfect for our ceremony and everything went smoothly as planned. Sandi McCracken did a wonderful job officiating our wedding in October 2017. We don't live in California, so all the work she did to write our ceremony was from afar, based on interviews and phone calls. To sum it up, we felt her words mixed with our words to perfectly reflect our personalities, spirituality and styles in the ceremony. Sandi easily worked with our ideas and the parts of the ceremony we wanted to write ourselves. When we weren't sure what we wanted for a few sections of the wedding, she offered suggestions that reflected us, and made it easy for us to make selections that would be as seamless as though we wrote them ourselves. She withstood the windy beach setting without complaint, even when the weather turned an hour before our friends and family were to watch us wed. Sandi was always easy to reach by phone and email. It's important to note that as the date approached and last-minute details piled up, one thing we weren't stressed about was how the ceremony would go. Everything was in place well before our wedding day because of the work she did.

Both Michael and Sandi are very classy and professional and it was a real joy to work with them. By the time our wedding rolled around it really felt as though we were being married by a friend. We can't recommend them more highly!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Michael & Sandi. Michael officiated a wedding I attended in Napa and I knew we had to hire him for our wedding. A lot of people we know had friends or family officiate their weddings, but we knew we wanted an outsider because the ceremony is the whole reason for the day and we wanted a professional. Michael was so comfortable and natural and heartwarming when he officiated my friends wedding, it was exactly what we had in mind. And I may be biased but I think our ceremony was even better. He made jokes at the right time (a marching band started playing during our ceremony and he cracked a joke) and improvised when needed (my dad didn't wait to hand me off to my husband and Michael just went right with the flow). I had MULTIPLE people say it was one of the best ceremonies they've ever witnessed because it was heartfelt and real and custom to us. It was mine and my husbands favorite part of the day, honestly and truly. And on top of delivering over and above the day of, Michael & Sandi were extremely communicative from day one. We met with them in person and got to know one another and had multiple conversations leading up to the wedding, which made us better acquainted and more like friends. They are the nicest people. We got married the weekend after the large wildfires started in Northern California (fires were not contained) and Sandi and Michael's home was in danger of burning down. Sandi unfortunately was unable to come to our ceremony because they were on call for a possible evacuation. We did no expect Michael to come, obviously, and had a friend lined up to step in, but he came and he was wonderful. We are so very grateful he was there for us on our day during a time of need for his family. It truly means the world to us and because of their dedication to their clients and their wonderful demeanor, I would 100% recommend them. Hire them. You WILL NOT regret it. The ceremony is what it is all about!!

I can't rave enough about Sandi. We met with her several times and between meetings, emails, phone calls.. I feel like we grew a bond. She REALLY took the time to get to know us. During our ceremony, Sandi brought our guests to tears with the stories she shared on our behalf.. like she had been in that moment with us. Thank you Sandi. You were the most memorable part of our ceremony and I hope others can share the same experience with you. We can't thank you enough.

We had a great experience working with Sandi. She delivered a very personal ceremony for us, having met us in person and gotten to know us in the preceding months to the wedding. A lot of our guests said ours was one of the most intimate, unique wedding ceremonies that they had attended.

From the point when we booked her services to the day of our wedding, Sandi was very personable, responsive, and on top of everything. We first met with her in person a few months in advance of our wedding, when she took detailed notes on our background story and what we wanted out of our ceremony. She also gave us a few suggestions on different procedures to include in the ceremony like hand blessings and a wine box ritual. When it came to writing the ceremony, she was very collaborative and allowed us to preview the script and make edits.

All in all, if you work with Sandi, you can expect a very well delivered, customized ceremony from someone who will care to get to know you. She will be completely prepared, know exactly what she needs to do, and solicit ample feedback from you to make sure you are getting what you want. She is also a very warm & kind person, easy to work with, and very professional. Very pleased to have chosen to work with her and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anybody planning a wedding.

Working with Michael was one of the most enjoyable aspects of planning our wedding. He is such a pro. It really meant that the ceremony itself was one less thing to worry about. He kept us on track with what he needed from us months in advance, and we went into it with a personalized ceremony that we were thrilled to hold. Our guests told us it was the most heart wrenching, beautiful ceremony they had ever experienced.

Sandi was one of our favorite parts of our wedding! She was truly lovely and helped us through what can be a very stressful process and made it easy.

Sandi was in constant contact and checking in on how the planning was progressing. We met a few times prior to the wedding and she just got us as a couple immediately and wrote the most perfect vows. We did not have a single change from the draft. They were perfect!

We couldn't have asked for anything more and Sandi was always just lovely, warm, gracious and accommodating.

We met Michael and Sandi at the Wedding Expo in Santa Rosa (the one at the Hyatt)- we briefly talked to them, and moved on to other booths. We ended up circling back to them before we left and set up an appt to see them and discuss our ceremony needs, which they were happy to do. I felt I had a tall order (both my fiancé and I being divorced, both of us being Catholic but not able to re-marry in the Catholic church, the reverence we wanted for the ceremony.... I could go on, but you probably get it) My tall order seemed like no big deal to them at all, it was SUCH a relief! We ended up having to re-schedule our appt to a different time, but they were SO accommodating and NICE! Our meeting went flawlessly and we wrote a check before we even walked out. We can't wait for our ceremony! I may have to write another review after it's all said and done!
