They worked really well with me to make sure we got everything we needed and wanted and our boys look awesome.

Men's Warehouse makes it so easy to choose the type of tux and color of bow ties, etc. on their website. Due to COVID, we had to make some changes to the number of tuxes we were renting and everything was a breeze with their online portal. The tuxes came 4 days before the wedding so there would have been time to exchange for a new items but luckily everything fit. Returns were also easy. You just put the tux back in the box it came in and attached the prepaid shipping label!

Although the tuxes were fine, they weren’t the easiest to work with and were always short staffed. Plan for at least an hour on every visit.

Accounts not linked as described. Missing studs/links, dirty tux shirt, pants 12” too long, cummerbund so large it had to be tied in back. We even were told studs & links were not included, learning later that they were; requested 3 sets; 1st 2 orders had none attached, included 2 sets with 3rd order. This had to be micromanaged from start to finish. Not something a bride & groom need at the last minute!! This service was painful.
