I will admit when I first found this website I was extremely skeptical! We were desperate to find someone to make this beautiful dress in a very short time frame. I decided to take a chance and I'm extremely glad I did. The communication was excellent. They were very thorough and sent many pictures of their progress. We needed the dress within a matter of four weeks and they got it to us in three. The biggest challenge I found was the time difference. Communication happened many times between 10 PM and 2 AM central time. I would recommend planning ahead better than I did to give you more time. We did have to make a few structural adjustments to the dress but overall very happy with outcome. They only had a picture and measurements to start this process. I did not mind having to make a few adjustments once we received it. We will definitely use designformal.com again!
