I started my Kansas City and Destination wedding photography business in 2011 with the idea that my images would matter…that they would move and “wow” my viewers. While I’m documenting this history of your engagement and wedding day, I’m carefully using light, emotion, and my surroundings to tell your story in a fashion that, years down the road, will be as timeless as the day they were captured.

Melissa and Anne did such an amazing job at my wedding! She arrived early to take some pictures of the ceremony/reception area. She kept me and my wedding party at ease and kept us laughing. The pictures turned out so perfectly! My wedding was on her blog with some of her favorite shots less than 3 weeks after it happened. Couldn't have asked for a better photographer for my wedding!

Hiring Melissa for our wedding photographer was the best decision we could have ever made to make our day special! Melissa was great- she was very professional and so easy to work with! Our pictures were absolutely perfect. She figured out what our vision was and what we wanted and made our photos more beautiful than I could have ever imagined.
