Stephanie was a HUGE help as we planned our big day. From the regular planning sessions back in February, to the navigation of the 2020/COVID hurdles, and finally getting our modified and safely held November wedding coordinated, Stephanie was able to handle all of it in stride! We appreciated her ability to be flexible with us as well as let us make the day how we hoped, while stepping in to take as much off our plates as possible! I have no idea how we would have got everything decorated without their help, and hope anyone who is considering working with Stephanie in the future will consider booking her! Cody and I were so fortunate to have Stephanie as our day-of coordinator! On the honeymoon, we couldn't stop talking about how hiring Stephanie was the best decision of our wedding planning. The week of the wedding, I was far busier wrapping up last minute details than expected, and Stephanie called and introduced herself to our vendors and confirmed all of the details for us. She even went above and beyond and called my aunt, who was helping out a lot with the wedding! She's the perfect person to have around on your wedding day- she's kind, everyone that meets her loves her, she's organized, confident, professional, passionate, bright, generous, positive and very down to earth. I will never forget when I was getting ready to walk down the isle and I was standing in a hidden area with my dad, and I asked my dad if he knew if a lot of people were out there. My dad said he didn't know. That very second, Stephanie peaked in and told me it was a packed house. This provided me more relief than she probably knew- woohoo! People actually came. :) She kept everything running on time, but was flexible with the schedule when we took longer than expected dismissing the rows. She was honestly our voice (and my brain) the entire day. She made sure all everything that was important to us happened. When we were taking photos between the ceremony and reception, I was considering taking my veil off, and if it weren't for her good advise- I probably would have. Looking back I am SO glad to have all of my photos with the veil on. Stephanie cleaned up our venue so our bridal party and families could enjoy themselves, she packed up to-go boxes of the leftover food and distributed them to family, she returned our rentals while we were on our honeymoon and she truly provided us with a wedding day that we'll always look back on with amazing memories. Stephanie is an outstanding planner and we would both 100% recommend her to anyone!

I am very happy to have had Stephanie with Pretty + Planned for my daughters wedding. She was on top of organizing the bridal party during both the rehearsal and at the wedding. I found Stephanie with Pretty + Planned through reading reviews on Wedding Wire. It was apparent through the reviews that Stephanie was personable, creative, and detail oriented. After my first contact with Stephanie she quickly became the most valuable asset in our wedding planning. We hired Stephanie as a "Day of Coordinator" with several ala carte options. My husband and I live in New York City and planning a wedding across the country is a daunting task. To make it more complicated, we were planning an outside reception at a private estate and were creating the venue from scratch. Stephanie connected us with all of our vendors and had them draft quotes of everything we were needing. On more than one occasion, Stephanie was able to get better deals than what is typically offered as she is friends with many of the best vendors in Kansas City. Stephanie really shined when three days prior to the wedding we needed to change our reception venue because of stormy weather in Kansas City. Stephanie worked around the clock finding a new reception venue and once we arrived in Kansas City from NYC she helped us organize every detail and kept Kyle and I as free from stress as possible. Due to the reception change, Stephanie had to revise most of her work, including calling each vendor to update them of the change, and recreating all the timelines. I imagine this was stressful to Stephanie, but she never expressed anything but excitement. Kyle and I grew so close to Stephanie that it was sad for us to end our working relationship after the wedding. We look forward to hiring Stephanie during future events that we hold in Kansas City. Stephanie will always be remembered as a blessing to our wedding day, which thanks to Stephanie was absolutely flawless.

Our former wedding planner canceled on us just a month before the wedding, so on short notice and a modest budget, Stephanie was able to use her experience and expertise to put together a wonderful wedding. She shows up early and works the whole time while still seeming like part of the party. My husband and I cannot imagine her doing any better because she was perfect.

Having Stephanie as our day-of wedding coordinator was the BEST decision we could've made for our wedding day. From last minute etiquette questions, to stuffing gifts in the back of my mom's car long after everyone was gone, she was so helpful and organized. My mom still talks about Stephanie when our wedding gets brought up, and it has been 3 months!! Where to begin.. From start to finish Stephanie was absolutely amazing. We hired Stephanie for day of coordination, but she was so much more than that. From the moment we met, I felt at ease with her. As we discussed my vision and details, it was as if I was chatting with an old friend. If I felt unsure about something during the planning process, I would sent a quick text to Stephanie for advice. She was prompt in her response and had the best ideas! The day of.. There are no words. She executed my vision flawlessly and made the day perfect! I would highly recommend pretty + planned to anyone planning a wedding or special event in life! Stephanie is professional, kind and incredibly organized!

Stephanie was completely amazing, and the best money I spent on the wedding. As part of her day-of coordination package, she made all the delivery arrangements with the vendors (cake set-up, DJ limo confirmation, flower confirmation, etc.), and took care of coordinating everything with the reception site during the actual reception. Having her there taking care of all of this allowed me to be fully present and enjoy my wedding and reception. She was very responsive, completely professional, and so much fun to work with. I would without question highly recommend her.

Stephanie was so helpful with the wedding planning process. I first heard about her through my maid of honor who also used her. After she was a godsend for her wedding, we decided to also use her and boy was she worth it! She first off is super nice and outgoing, she is willing to help you answer any questions you have during the planning process and is very responsive! I think my favorite thing about having Stephanie was that I didn't have to worry about the small things that you plan all year for on our wedding day. It really was such a stress reliever, and she was also able to make decisions that day about some set up items that I didn't even think of. She made the ceremony and reception run so smoothly, and she is not afraid to tell people what to do or where they need to be at so that the bride isn't running around worrying about the programs or the candles being lit, etc.. I would consider Stephanie a good friend now too, she is just the sweetest thing! Stephanie is also very affordable and the week of my wedding she called and confirmed all my vendors for me, which was some stress taken off my back! I had the most wonderful wedding day and didn't care much about anything else, except having fun and just enjoying the day you planned for all year, which is what I think every bride should do!
