Loved, loved, loved working with Josh. His attentiveness to detail truly showcased itself throughout our wedding video. I have received an amazing amount of compliments on our video from family, and friends. Josh captured all of the most important parts of our day in his unique creative way. Personally, I am not fond of your "traditional" wedding video. Josh's work is far from that. He poses a new, fresh perspective on the "traditional" wedding video. He was great about working with us to personalize our wedding video in making sure all of the highlights of our day were rightfully and completely represented and I couldn't express my appreciation more. Our wedding video is something we will cherish forever!

You will not find any better. Absolutely the most professional and accomodating vendor we have ever met. If you go to the Media Northeast website you will see the quality of their work. We did our research before hiring our videographer and made the right decision. We continue to watch our wedding video on a weekly basis and have been told by all who have viewed it that it is the best wedding video they have ever seen. Josh Swan was the videographer for our wedding in Boothbay and we absolutely loved having him there. He was truly a pleasure to work with--professional, friendly, attentive to our requests, and always willing to help us with anything throughout the event. We planned our wedding remotely as we live in New York, and Josh was terrific in talking with us on the phone, providing advice, and working with us to make sure he would capture everything we wanted on the video. As the event was ongoing, he did a great job of blending in while filming. Jennifer and I can't wait to see the video and would recommend Josh to anyone!

We have nothing but good things to say about Josh and recommend him highly. The samples of his work were cinema-quality, and the video he produced for us lived up to those high expectations. I can't help but have a big smile every time I watch the video he produced for us. On our wedding day itself, he arrived on time and got right to work. It was a busy (and HOT!) day, and Josh was easy going and laid back (my husband especially appreciated this, given the chaos that it so frequently the part of a wedding day). He got amazing shots, and managed to do so while being totally unobtrusive. We liked him and our photographer (Amy Salerno) so much, we took a photo with them at the end of the evening, which is now displayed in our wedding album :) He was also very quick to respond to inquiries, both before and after the wedding.

Josh and his team are magicians! We’ve watched it dozens of times with friends and family, and everyone has loved it. They checked off everything that was on our wishlist, and added some surprises that we absolutely loved. Well worth the investment, you’ll never regret having a beautiful video to help you relive your best day!

When we first got engaged our parents told us their one regret was not having a Videographer at their wedding so we knew we needed to have one, and are lucky we had the best!! We found Josh through our Photographer, the moment we watched one of his highlight videos we knew that we had to have him. It also made us feel so much more comfortable knowing that he worked regularly with our other vendors. His work is absolutely amazing, we have watched videos of friend’s weddings we’ve been to and already feel bad that they didn’t have Josh to capture their most important day. We planned a wedding in Maine from afar and Josh was very helpful with everything, he responded immediately to any questions we had. Josh and AJ were able to capture every moment of our big day. The morning of the wedding Josh was prompt and made sure he had plenty of time to use the drone (Yes, I said drone!!) Throughout the day you couldn’t even tell he was there. There was a couple times where he pulled us aside to get shots again making sure that he had all the material he would need for editing. He was very professional and personable. I cannot recommend him enough, his work is amazing and he allowed us to enjoy our special day without having to worry about if he was getting all the shots. He made us so comfortable and I am so happy with our choice! The quality of his work is superb. Thank you so much Josh!!

I felt a little guilty having a photographer AND a videographer at my wedding (I was a pretty low-key bride), but BOY I am I glad I decided to go with Media Northeast. I did not even notice them at my wedding... they were totally in the background, yet they truly managed to capture the spirit and the joy of the day.... even more so than our photos.
I am so, so happy with our wedding videos (we got the full package with the short, medium, and long versions)... the short 2 minute video is especially wonderful. My husband and I would recommend Josh to anyone, and if you are on the fence about getting a wedding videographer... go for it! After paying so much money, this is the one thing you will actually be able to enjoy year after year....

My husband and I could not be happier with how our wedding video turned out. We were hesitant about getting a videographer but it was definitely worth the expense. Josh Swan of Media Northwest is a true artist and the quality of his work is exceptional. He captured so many great moments from the wedding, and the editing and flow of the video was flawless. It's clear that Josh puts a lot of care into making each video beautiful and unique and fitting for the couple. The wedding ceremony was outside and it was extremely windy, and yet the sound quality if perfect, with no wind noise. Other companies we considered told us that wind interference is unavoidable in those situations, but Josh proved them wrong. During the wedding itself, Josh was very friendly and professional -- as someone who gets self-conscious when there's a camera in my face, I was relieved that I barely even noticed the camera(s) there 99% of the time. I also appreciated that he let us choose songs for the video and make requests about what types of shots to include. I highly recommend Media Northeast to anyone who wants a beautiful, creative wedding video but doesn't want to break the bank. His rates are very reasonable compared to a lot of other companies we looked at, and the quality is as good as it gets.

Media Northeast did a wonderful job with my wedding video- I was very impressed by the high level of quality in the final edited version. It's a true gift to take over 8 hours of footage and edit that into something presentable- something that concisely tells your story of the most important day in your life. Media Northeast was able to capture that day for me perfectly. I loved having the flexibility to choose my own background music for the video- that way we were able to choose songs that had a special meaning unique to us. Josh stayed there from beginning to end and didn't miss a thing. He was professional, curteous, and unobtrusive. We had the final edited version within a month after our wedding- very timely which I appreciated.

We were on the fence about whether we needed a wedding video or not and for those of you thinking the same thing; do it! We cannot say enough good things about Media Northeast. Josh was amazing to work with; so attentive and professional we felt so comfortable with him the day of. Our wedding video came out absolutely perfect. There were so many moments captured that we were too busy to notice the day of. We are so happy to be able to look back on these memories and re-live our special day. Their artistic style is unbeatable. We would HIGHLY recommend Media Northeast.
