We are very satisfied with hiring Jacob Brown for our intimate elopement and would definitely recommend him!! Jacob was very personable, kind and understanding. He seemed very knowledgeable in the field of videography and his skills were portrayed in the beautiful highlight video that he created for us. He was very attuned to what our vision was and captured all of the important moments that we want to remember forever. Jacob was very professional, arrived early to the venue accompanied by his lovely wife, and walked us through the details. It was raining, which I was super stressed about, and he and his wife were very calming and reassuring that everything would work out fine, which it did. The only feedback I have is that it did take a few weeks longer than expected to receive our footage, but overall it was worth the wait and a very positive experience having Jacob capture our beautiful day.

Megan and I know Simon and Sarah from our church, back when they were still living in Massachusetts. Simon and I used to play on the same worship band. During our conversations, I mentioned that I loved photography and hoped to get into wedding photography someday to help capture special moments for couples on their big day. As time went on, I had the opportunity to work with Simon and Sarah at a few weddings. When I started planning our engagement, I instantly knew how much it would mean if Simon and Sarah could take our engagement photos and capture our wedding day. On the day of the proposal, they made everything feel so seamless. We began with what felt like a casual photoshoot, slowly working our way toward the waterfront, with the sea and the Portland Head Light in the background. They kept everything so calm and natural, never giving away a hint that a proposal was about to happen, all while helping pull off an incredible surprise. When we received our engagement photos, we were over the moon. We loved the warmth and coziness they captured in early December. From that moment until our wedding in June 2025, those photos filled us with excitement about how our wedding would look. Throughout our engagement shoot and on the day of the wedding, Simon and Sarah supported us with preparations and helped us find the perfect locations for photos. My wife and I haven’t had much experience being professionally photographed, but they made everything so easy and helped us feel completely natural. They turned all our awkwardness into moments full of laughter and fun. When we received our sneak peek photos and video teaser, we were stunned by how perfectly they captured our day through their lens. What stayed with us most was how beautifully Simon and Sarah told the story of our day. They didn’t just take photos — they noticed the moments we didn’t even realize were happening. The way our families laughed together, the little glances Megan and I shared, the joy on our friends’ faces — they preserved it all with such intention and care. Their presence was calm, reassuring, and genuinely uplifting. You can feel their kindness in the way they work. Instead of posing us into something unnatural, they created an atmosphere where we could simply be ourselves, and the results show it. Simon and Sarah didn’t just photograph our wedding — they poured their heart and talent into every moment. Their calm guidance and creative eye made us feel supported in ways we’ll never forget. We couldn’t have dreamed of a better team to preserve our day.

We cannot say nicer things about Ethan and his team at Northern Oak Memories! From the initial emails to delivering the final product the team was professional, understanding of what style we were looking for, and fun to work with! They were always there with quick response times to emails and were thorough when answering my millions of questions, which as a bride juggling a million items, was very appreciated! They captured our day beautifully - the emotions from the ceremony and speeches, to the wild dance floor moves, it's like they were everywhere! I would 110% recommend booking with Northern Oak Memories if you want to be able to look back on your wedding day through video - you will not regret it!

We could not have had a better experience working with the Tailwind Media team for our wedding this past October. They made the entire experience easy and seamless, and were able to capture all of the important moments for our day without us even noticing. We could not have asked for more breathtaking photos, and our vision for the style of the shots was perfectly executed. This review is long overdue! I cannot thank Baby Blue Film enough for making our dream wedding come to life through video. As our first-year anniversary approaches, we are so happy to have the ability to re-watch the best day of our life! Joey was our videography and he was more than amazing. He made us feel comfortable on film, listened to our requests, and made sure to capture all the important moments. He even made sure to schedule a phone call prior to the wedding to make sure he captured our vision. Wilson was also so easy to communicate with, very professional, and super responsive. Both videographers captured and edited in a very artistic style that sets them apart from any other videographer group I’ve seen. We are beyond thankful to have found them to video our wedding day!

Our experience with Mike + Rising Moon Films was nothing short of amazing. From the very beginning Mike was responsive, engaged and wonderful to work with. He made sure he confirmed the wedding timeline multiple times and discussed certain shots we wanted. When wedding day came I knew I had nothing to worry about with Mike and his team. They were on time, professional, and our biggest fans! We had such a fun time and felt totally comfortable in front of the camera (which was my husband’s biggest fear). Then when my Instagram reel came? WOW. I’ve watched it at least 100 times and love it more each time. I would 100% recommend hiring Mike for your special day!
