Like most, I had been looking forward to my wedding day since I was a little girl. One of the most important things that mattered to me was finding someone that would be able to capture the day the way I remembered it. I wanted someone who was about capturing the moments and not the poses. Luckily when my day came around I already knew exactly who I wanted to capture my memories. I was lucky enough to meet Maria while standing up in a friends wedding. Back then she was fresh and still getting on her feet and creating her network. The talent I saw from that wedding was really good, enough so, that a different friend of mine who had stood up in that wedding with me, decided to choose Maria as her photographer for her wedding. I was also blessed to stand up in this wedding as well. And with this wedding Maria blew it out of the water with her photography. You could easily see how much she had grown in the last few years since when I first met her. A lot of the pictures from my friend's wedding were perfect moments captured forever by her photography. So when it came my time to decide who I wanted as a photographer I already knew because I've seen her work and I've seen it evolve into this beautiful artwork. Maria was great the day of my wedding and she was able to provide me with photography of memories and not just poses. She was even able to put up with my husband who can tend to be camera shy. She is hands down the best photographer I've ever encountered through all the weddings I've been in. She will definitely make your dream day a memory that will last forever and I recommend her wholeheartedly.

On the day of our engagement shoot I was a little nervous, the weather was misty with rain and then became incredibly hot and sunny and humid and I was anxious that my hair was going to be messed up or I would appear too sweaty and you would have no idea from our photos that the weather was under such crazy conditions. The photos came out so amazing and really captured our love for each other, we used them for as many of the pre wedding preparations as we could (ie save the dates, guest book album, slideshow, photo on our speciality cocktail menu) bc we loved them so much. Maria was so great, she arrived early, was patient, easy to be comfortable in front of, has such a great eye, suggested photos in areas we would have never imagined but turned out AMAZING, she also got our engagement and wedding photos back to us so incredibly fast which was unexpected from hearing how long other friends had to wait for their photos.
On our wedding day, she again arrived early, she was ready before I was which resulted in even more extra special photos. She has such a fantastic personality and presence and is just so calming to have around on such an important day! I honestly forgot she was there as soon as the ceremony started and once again, our photos came out amazing, she captured moments that I had forgotten had even happened because I was so in the moment with my husband, he was so happy to and was never one to really be too crazy about photos, but I've caught him looking at them again and again out of the corner of my eye ;).
I had heard so many horror stories from friends and family about their photographers, that they were late, or insist on "taking breaks" at crucial moments during the day, I did not have to even think about these possible scares with Maria because she is so professional and knows how to do her job so well. Our wedding was in January and it was so cold and you could never tell in the photos that we were freezing she is worth every penny!!!

Maria has truly become the artist that she was always destined to be! I can't even count the amount of compliments friends, family and complete strangers gave to my wedding pictures. I didn't have to do any research or planning of my own to have the most wonderful pictures for the day of my wedding. Maria came up with it all! Thanks again for such an outstanding job on our pictures!

Maria was so wonderful!! I was a budget bride in desperate need of a good photographer for a good price. I told her exactly what we were looking for and what we could afford. She gave us that and much more!!!! When I got my cd of pictures in the mail, it was more than I ever imagined. She captured priceless memories for my husband and me. She was so friendly and down to earth. I really can't say in words how truly amazing she is. I would highly recommend her to any bride out there that is looking for a photographer. You tell her what you want and she delivers exactly that and much, much more. She was such a personal photographer, that you felt like you have known her for years.!!!!!

I had a smaller wedding due to family circumstances and a bigger wedding a couple months later. Originally, I wasn't sure if I wanted the first one documented since it was such a private affair, but I knew we made the right decision when I met Maria. She was so accomodating and fun to work with. I really felt like she was one of the guests! When I saw the photos a few weeks later, I couldn't imagine not having her there, she captured the best moments. And even despite the small location, she was very open-minded and found some very nice spots where we could be creative and take lots of memorable shots. Maria made the entire process so easy and even helped with last minute details. I highly recommend her!
