Coco and her team were wonderful! As someone who is Asian, I was looking for someone who was familiar with Asian hair and facial features and Coco came up in my search. My hair and makeup were perfect & all of my bridesmaids & mom’s looked beautiful too! All of our styles held up well, even despite the windy day we had. Her team was also great with making sure we were on schedule and were also great with making any adjustments as needed.

I am so grateful for Coco and her team for doing hair and makeup for myself, my mother, MIL, and bridesmaids! They did an absolutely incredible job making us look glamorous for my NYC wedding! Even though it was a warm and windy summer day, my make-up stayed on perfectly, and my hair looked great all night! It was so fun getting my hair and make-up done and I loved the entire experience.

Coco is great and efficient! I appreciate how transparent and straightforward Coco was - made it simple to know exactly what to expect. She told me what to prepare for in order to get ready as well as what to keep with me for touch ups throughout the day. I also did a makeup trial with Coco prior to the wedding. If you can afford it/ have time, I would recommend the trial because it takes away some worries on the day of the wedding and also gives you a better idea of what to expect. On the wedding day, Coco and her team were timely, great, and respectful. I loved how much time and care she put into making sure each of the actual flowers stayed in place on my hair. Throughout the day, my makeup and hair stayed in place with minimal touch up. I am glad to have gone with Coco for my wedding day makeup and hair - thank you Coco!

I want to thank Coco and her team for the amazing job! I was looking for a make-up look that glowed and looked natural. I believe she nailed it! My friend also referred her to me, so that made it even easier for me to choose my MU/H artist. During our trial, she was very informative and gave me tips for skin and hair care leading up to the wedding. She also told me everything I needed to gather for my emergency/touch up kit for the day of the wedding. When choosing my MU/H artist, I wanted someone who was not going to make me wake up at 4 am to get ready because I had a long day ahead of me (ends 12:30am). I told Coco that I had to get ready by 11 am, and she came at 8 am. She and her team (total 3 people) did make up and hair for 9 people in 3 hours. I also inquired about touch ups, but Coco promised that the make up will hold up. It required a little bit of touch up, which was expected and Coco did prepare my bridesmaids for the task! Super efficient and it looked great! I had lots of compliments!! :) Pricing was also reasonable! Highly recommend Coco !

Coco and her team are fantastic - easy to communicate with, personable, timely and reliable. I did my trial with her at my home around a few weeks before the wedding where she tried different eyelashes and colors, and was very receptive to my feedback. I wanted a more natural look (that also made me look thin for my big day!) and she a great job - I looked like a more touched-up and radiant version of myself. On my wedding day, she drove 3 hours to my wedding venue to help me and 5 ladies get ready. Our makeup lasted well with minimal touch-ups even in significant heat and humidity. She also has a lot of experience and knows what will look good in photographs - she's a star!

Coco is such a talented hair and makeup artist! I don't wear any makeup normally, so I was so nervous about not looking like myself on my wedding day. Not the case at all - I ended up looking like a better, more radiant version of myself! I also didn't have any bridesmaids, so I'm grateful to Coco for keeping me calm during the hectic morning, giving me advice and reminding me to eat as she did my hair. A friend recommended Coco, I am so pleased with the results. The makeup and hair lasted all night. The guests said I looked like a movie star! Coco knew how to pin my hair so that it looked great from any angle.

I never wear a lot of makeup & wanted to ensure that I would look natural & feel like myself on my wedding day with just that little "umph" -- I am so glad that I found Coco. She was incredibly knowledgeable with how to deliver the look I was going for & patient with me (as I changed my mind several times to get everything just right). Her team made my Mom & Bridesmaids all look absolutely stunning on our special day. She was incredibly efficient & stuck with the timeline we needed for photography & videography. Coco Tsang was very professional and accommodating to my needs. I requested that she meet us at my hotel in Northern NJ and was told that it may be difficult because she had another bride who booked her that same day for a morning session. I was initially very bummed but she made everything work out. She was able to arrive on time to our hotel and also had everything done 2 hours before my ceremony started. My bridal party had their hair and makeup completed in a timely manner and the results were amazing.

Coco took a lot of time working on my hair and makeup and made sure everything looked perfect and in place. The hair was done in a partial updo (what I requested) and came out beautiful. The hair stayed in place the entire night even with a Hora and constant dancing. I did not even need to touch up on my makeup except for re-apply my lipstick.

I had so many compliments throughput the night about my hair so I knew I needed to leave her a great review so that others can see what amazing work she does. I highly recommend Coco Tsang!!! She made my dream wedding look come true and I love how it looks in my wedding photos.

I used coco and her team of 3 (includes herself) for my wedding day and i would do it again plus tell everyone who was planning a wedding to book her ASAP.
Pros:
Speed: she was able to start at 12PM and finish makeup & hair for 12 people total (8 bridesmaid, 2 moms, brides and sister in law) a little before 3PM.
Quality: she is able to work on all types of races (Chinese, Korean, asians with monolids, Indian, and white) and make everyone look equally as beautiful. I didn't have any bridesmaid who were disappointed in their hair or makeup. If anything they all raved about it. In fact, people last minute signed up for makeup/hair after seeing the other bridesmaids looking fantastic.
Evidence: if you still don't believe ask her for pictures of her work. She has a great big portfolio to prove she is good! In fact, she had so much evidence i didn't do a makeup or hair trial.
Cons: none, just book her and have no regrets.
