Magical Memories by Jojo is a wedding planning service located in Ronkonkoma, New York. Owner Josephine, has always loved planning events. She is creative, organized, and loves helping people. In 2022, she decided to put her skills to good use and has since organized 20 magical weddings.

Services Offered

Magical Memories by Jojo offers full planning services, as well as partial planning and day-of coordination. Packages are available for wedding showers, rehearsal dinners, and wedding days. Each package can be customized to suit your needs. Josephine and her team can assist with wedding design, budgeting, and RSVP tracking so you can enjoy your wedding planning process knowing you’re in good hands. They can create a seamless event design for both the ceremony and reception that includes elegant floral arrangements and ambient lighting. Josephine would be honored to create a beautiful backdrop for your special day.

Best day ever!

I got married on January 8 and Jojo made our wedding the best day of 2023! Our guests are still talking about how amazing the decorations looked. We also loved our dog cake! Jojo took care of everything, and made sure that my husband and I enjoyed our night. Jojo and her team deserve way more than 5 stars! We can't THANK YOU enough for all that you did, my wedding was extra special thanks to you.

Pricing is extremely reasonable and a pleasure to work with

My husband and I hired Magical memories by JoJo to plan and coordinate our wedding due to our hectic work schedules. Prior to our wedding my husband and I were extremely stressed out due to the limited time we had to plan our wedding and contact vendors. Josephine from Magical memories put us at ease but making our wedding not only a day we will remember for a lifetime but walking us through everything from A to Z. Josephine had vendors on hand that she works with from bakeries, photographers, DJ companies and even limo services. The packages that Magical memories offered to us were extremely reasonable and beat the competition. My husband and I got married at the Timber point country club in great river long island and the compliments we received by our friends and family were endless. My father even contacted Josephine to help set up my mothers surprise 60th birthday! Josephine from magical memories has a gift and special talent in coordinating big events that everyone planning a large event should experience. Thank you so much Josephine for helping my husband and I put together our big day!

So much detail!

I attended a wedding Josephine had put together and every detail was attended to. From the littlest things in the decorations, the centerpieces were beautiful, flowers held by bride and bridesmaids. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Amazing and Compassionate

After struggling trying to plan a surprise engagement party, I contacted Jojo and she helped me create the best party I could have imagined for my best friend! The service and compassion she and her team was unbelievably amazing experience!
Definitely recommend the amazing team for any party plans. I will be using them in the future!
