Planning a wedding is hard enough, planning one from across the country is even harder. You make so many decisions while planning a wedding, some more important than others. One of the best decisions that we made was to hire Meg and Arlett and their whole team at MAG Events. They made our wildest dreams come true, by literally creating our dream in real life. You go through so many vendor emails and video chats and its really apparent when someone cares about YOUR vision versus their own. Meeting with Meg for the first time, I knew it was a match. She not only saw our vision but helped to add to it by bringing her knowledge of the industry into our conversations. If you want someone reliable, friendly, knowledgable, communicative, and overall just a joy to work with- MAG Events is truly the way to go. I can’t even begin to tell you how absolutely beautiful our reception space transformed into. My husband and I sat at our head table and just looked out into our family and friends and just admired how beautiful it was, and it was one of the small moments from our big day that sticks out to me. We used MAG events for planning, decor, and also florals. I could not recommend them more!!

Meghan and her team were awesome! They really made our vision come to life and were so much fun to work with. The day of our wedding ran very smoothly, and Meghan’s fabulous attitude helped us see a few minor hitches as something that would be a fun memory! She even gave small odd jobs to our young attendees that expressed their desire to help her, and made them feel involved and kept them out of other people’s hair. We definitely recommend MAG Events!

Meghan was a spectacular wedding coordinator!! My husband and I live in Houston but wanted to have a destination Mountain wedding outside of Denver, and she truly made all my dreams come true! My goal was to not lift a finger or have any of our wedding party put to work on the wedding day, and she made that happen. We got her decor package and let me tell you I put my trust in the right team because the wedding was stunning and her team brought, set up, and took down ALL the decor! It was incredible. Also, EVERY SINGLE VENDOR she connected me with was amazing. They have this cool vendor community and they all know each other and have worked together before so literally everything was seamless. I couldn't have asked for better. She didn't miss a beat and I would recommend her to anyone getting married or having an event anywhere, as destination weddings are her thing as well!! She is also very cool and sweet and fun to work with. 10/10 recommend using her services and decor package!

Meghan and her team are so lovely! I chose the partial planning package and my only regret is not booking the full package, as you never know how much time and work is involved with a wedding until you're in it. Meghan was very responsive and is an expert in this field, so she knew all the right questions to ask and details to review. She was also familiar with the other vendors we chose and was able to get everyone on the same page about the plan, from the caterers to the DJ to the florist. She used meeting times incredibly efficiently, and from start to finish my husband and I felt supported as Meghan knew our vision and really pulled everything together to make it happen. The decor package was especially great as Meghan had many lanterns, votives, and chargers and other items for us to use. We highly recommend MAG Events!

Meghan is an incredible person and wedding planner. She is so creative and resourceful and was fully committed to the vision that my husband and I had for our wedding. Despite our florist (Abloom in Highlands Ranch) delivering the wrong flowers (half of which were dead), Meghan SAVED my wedding! She knew that the florist had put together incorrect and poor quality arrangements, and showed up early to the venue with buckets of fresh florals and a team of people to fix all of the floral arrangements, and make them so beautiful and dreamy. Our wedding was absolutely magical, and Meghan nailed all of the small details that made the wedding so perfect. She was beyond attentive to us on the wedding day, and we are just SO grateful for her!

Meghan was recommended to me by a coworker shortly after my fiancé and I moved to Denver. We had no clue where to start with the wedding planning being in a new state and not knowing who to work with and were so glad we found MAG Events! Meghan was so helpful in explaining the whole process of planning a wedding and was so easy to talk to and communicate with for questions, favors, and advice. Meghan and MAG events helped us plan my daughters wedding in Colorado from us being in Boston and she and her team were amazing. Every detail was perfect and they helped in so many ways that we did not even think to ask about. Her attention to detail and her energy is beyond compare!

We had the wedding of our dreams thanks to Meghan! We hired her for partial planning and floral for our event. She grokked our style and vibes very quickly and the decor and flower arrangements she delivered were beyond our wildest dreams. Her excellent taste extends beyond decor to vendor selection as well-- we hired all our additional vendors off of her recommended list and were so happy with them across the board! If I could go back and do my wedding again, I wouldn't change a single thing-- it was perfect. And Meghan played a huge role in that perfection!
