I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Courtney for the past eight years, and since the day I met her, her passion for weddings has only grown—from planning her own wedding to becoming passionate about all things wedding-related. This past August, Courtney took on the role of both wedding planner and day-of coordinator for our wedding, which had over 700 guests. Even though this was her first Indian wedding, she handled it like a seasoned professional with years of experience.

Though she was technically responsible for day-of coordination, Courtney truly took so much more onto her plate to be there for us at every point we needed her. She was incredibly quick to adapt to the various customs, handling everything with respect and grace. For aspects she was initially unfamiliar with, she went above and beyond to learn and understand them fully. She worked seamlessly with not only my husband and me, but also with both of our families.

Our wedding had its share of emergencies and unexpected situations, but Courtney managed every single one with incredible efficiency, ensuring our guests remained blissfully unaware of any issues. Having spent over a year planning every detail of the wedding, I was amazed at how quickly Courtney grasped my vision and executed it all even better than I could have imagined.

Her professionalism, adaptability, and calm demeanor made her an irreplaceable part of our big day. We are so grateful to have had her support and cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone seeking a skilled and dedicated wedding planner and coordinator.

We were so stressed about planning our wedding until we met Courtney. She immediately put our minds at ease and took care of so many details, making the process so much smoother for us. One highlight was when she reached out to a floral group on our behalf to get a quote, saving us the time and effort of researching and coordinating with vendors ourselves. We cannot say enough amazing things about WGP! Planning a wedding from Michigan with a venue in Colorado could have been stressful, but she made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. Even though she lives over six hours from the venue and we didn’t meet in person until the wedding day, she still managed to deliver an experience beyond anything we could have imagined.

Courtney was the best decision we made during our wedding planning process. I am a type A individual, so I was nervous I was not going be able to relax during my actual wedding day. I knew I needed someone I could completely trust to execute everything on the big day, and Courtney was able to do just that!! With her in charge, we were able to be fully present during our wedding day.

Courtney was incredibly organized, detail oriented, and a problem solver. When we told her last minute we wanted draping, Courtney was literally at our venue the next day with a potential draping vendor trying to figure out how to get it done. She makes the effort to understand your vision for each aspect of the wedding to ensure it comes to life. She even made sure to communicate with me about every minor detail on our timeline because she knew it would ease my mind to see it all spelled out.

Courtney also provided guidance throughout the detail planning process and never complained about the countless photo ideas I sent her of signage, table numbering, and paint colors!! She is also just a bundle of joy who is incredibly easy to talk with. If you are looking for someone to rely on wholeheartedly for your big day, trust Courtney.

Courtney is truly the only reason I made it through planing my off-the-grid, 200-person wedding. I truly didn’t know anything about what wedding planning consisted of before I got engaged, and she walked me through every step with so much grace, poise, and professionalism. She came into our meetings 100% organized with an agenda and materials, and we always left with clear action items for the following weeks. My husband and my families had a lot of strong feelings about our wedding, and often times I would ask her to mitigate our conversations - she made sure everyone was heard and acknowledged, while not losing sight of the vision my husband and I had for our wedding. 
On the wedding day, she had a pow-wow with all of my vendors to make sure everyone brought their most energetic and professional selves, while being clear and direct about our timeline and important events. One of my vendors even commented about how she was one of the best planners they have worked with. She tackled every single curveball perfectly and suggested very creative and viable alternatives if things weren’t going as planned. I can’t recommend her enough, no matter what kind of wedding you are planning!

We met with Courtney while we were planning our wedding, and she and her team were with us every step of the way, right through to day-of coordination. Leading up to our wedding, Courtney was incredibly organized and detail-oriented. She kept us on track with our timeline, thought of things we would have totally missed, and made the entire planning process fun and special.
On our wedding day, Courtney and her team were amazing. They took care of all the vendor coordinating and communication, handled the logistics around our venue setup, managed moving locations throughout the day, and even helped move chairs from our ceremony to our reception. Because of their hard work, we felt like we could truly enjoy every moment knowing everything was flowing smoothly behind the scenes.
Courtney also helped run our ceremony rehearsal, let us borrow some beautiful wedding decor she already had, and generally made the entire experience fantastic. There are so many moving parts when it comes to planning a wedding, and somehow Courtney manages to keep track of them all while making the whole experience a joy.

Courtney was a dream to work with! She is incredibly organized and thorough. Her attention to detail made all the difference in the weeks leading up to the wedding, often pointing out things we didn’t even think about. From set up to take down, she ensured everything was perfect! If anything went wrong, I didn’t know about it because she had everything handled. I couldn’t imagine our day without her smiling face, she’s the best!

I cannot recommend Courtney more highly! Her partial planning package was flexible and met all of our needs at an extremely reasonable price point. She designed and set up all our of decor, handled vendor communication, and was on top of every detail. She personally transported our wedding cake and all setup items to our venue in Winter Park, which saved a huge amount of work for us and our families. On top of this, she had a huge supply of wedding items (vases, easels, cake stands, frames, etc.) that she generously let us use free of charge!

Throughout the planning process, she was responsive, professional, and wonderful to work with. She took so much intentionality to understand our vision for our wedding and turn it into reality. Her personable nature and kindness made her such an enjoyable person to work with. Every part of her design turned out beautifully and we could not have been happier with how everything turned out.

On our wedding day, Courtney went above and beyond to make the day flow seamlessly. She personally came over and steamed my wedding dress and veil while we were at our rehearsal dinner! She was more than prepared to handle any unexpected situations with so much patience and grace. When our hairstylist cancelled the morning of the wedding, she quickly coordinated a replacement and seamlessly updated our day-of timeline to make everything flow smoothly. She brought so much calm and composure to the situation and helped ensure my husband and I were enjoying our wedding day and not burdened with logistics. I felt so at peace knowing everything was in good hands! We are so grateful to have worked with her and highly recommend her!
