From the very first conversation I had with Dr. Transition (DJ Mike), I knew he was going to be the perfect DJ for our wedding. We kept in touch with him frequently throughout the planning. By the time the wedding rolled around, Mike wasn't just our DJ, he was there to help and responded whenever we needed him, He was extremely responsive, organized, and was great with help organizing the wedding party and giving us cues (when necessary.).
I don't know if people realize how much their DJ (if they are good) will guide and direct them throughout their wedding day... He listened to what we wanted our wedding to be like, the music we wanted to hear, and the pace of the event. He helped us come up with a timeline for our day and also suggested certain songs we liked for certain moments. Mike was thoughtful, and very professional. Mike made the entire day so easy for us and was a huge help in making sure we understood exactly how things were going to go.
We didn't have to worry about a thing. He orchestrated the flow of the reception and provided a great time without any silly gimmicks and without over-talking as some DJs do; As for the music... His high level of energy was great and he kept everyone out on the dance floor. [We had over 200 guests.] The dance floor was packed the entire night, to to the point that most people skipped dessert to keep dancing. People actually commented that they thought the floor was going to collapse !! There was never a dull moment and he created an order of songs that was a great progression and had songs for everyone old and young to dance to all night !!
We still continue to get comments from friends and family on how amazing the music was.truly wonderful. We would highly recommend Mike for any event. He provides a great service at a great value. Thank you Mike for making our wedding everything we hoped for !!
