We were married on August 30, 2025, in Montauk, New York—a place that has always held deep meaning for me. It was a lifelong dream to marry in Montauk and host a tented reception in the backyard of the home I grew up in. When I first shared this vision with Rebecca, she didn’t just make it happen—she transformed it into an absolute fairytale.

Rebecca was exceptionally diligent throughout the planning process and made everything feel remarkably stress-free thanks to her organization, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail. What I loved most about working with her was her ability to remember everything—from the exact timing of when save-the-dates should be sent to the smallest, most beautiful touches, like custom-designed matches displayed in oyster shells at the bar.

Another incredible part of working with Rebecca was her outstanding network of referrals. Our photographer, Betsi Ewing, captured the day flawlessly; Karen Lenahan’s florals were breathtaking; The Barnstorm provided an unforgettable energy as our wedding band; and our caterer, Christopher Robbins, absolutely crushed it. Every vendor exceeded our expectations.

We could not have been happier with how the weekend turned out, and Rebecca was truly a joy to work with from start to finish. I only wish I could relive this weekend over and over again.

What can I say about Rebecca other than she is absolutely amazing! She helped my husband, Zach, and I with every detail of planning our wedding and she did not skip a beat! She is super professional and gets to the point, but has such a warm heart and gets to know you on a personal level too. From the very first Zoom session, we knew Rebecca was the planner for us! Whenever we had a question, she was there to answer them, or even if we just wanted to chat, she was always there too. On our actual wedding day, she could not have been more helpful and everything ran as seamlessly as possible. If there was an issue, you would have no idea because Rebecca was there to the rescue!

I cannot recommend Rebecca highly enough! Throughout my wedding planning journey, I met many vendors who said they were flexible and could think outside the box to help make the couple's vision a reality. Rebecca is one of the only vendors who said that and meant it. There are a few reasons I would highly recommend Rebecca. (1) Her offerings are flexible and reflect the fact that different people need different things. A few planners that I spoke with told me they don't offer a partial planning option because the planners feel there is no such thing, that they get sucked into full planning. That is completely untrue because partial planning is exactly what Rebecca did for me. She is one of the only people I found who offered this and it was exactly what I needed. She provided critical advice and counsel at key moments of the planning process and then came in 3 months out to take all the stress and operational/vendor alignment work off my plate. I went into the wedding pretty stress-free and knew that Rebecca had everything covered because she had enough exposure to my decisions along the way and had managed all vendor comms for 3 months. (2) Rebecca doesn't just fall back on a template. I've found that vendors get stuck in their ways and get used to doing things a certain way. Rebecca certainly weighed in if she felt the status quo was in place for a very good reason, but she was always open and very supportive when I wanted to do things a different way and helped me make it a reality. (3) Rebecca goes above and beyond. In fact, it was so clear to me that I had to work with Rebecca when she went out of the way to help me schedule a venue tour and work through details with that venue about securing a date before I ever even signed on with her. She could help and she wanted to help regardless of if I selected her as my planner.

Could not recommend Rebecca more highly. On the day of the wedding, I didn't think or worry about a thing - I was completely present.

Rebecca was able to problem solve in a moment's notice when a tropical storm hit the morning of our outdoor wedding. This lead for last minute location changes, vendor set up, design change, etc etc. She remained calm and client/experience oriented for the guest and ended up making our day even better than we imagined. The bride and groom really wanted the ceremony outside and then in a tent for the reception at Sole East in Montauk. However, it rained both Friday and Saturday, but it looked like it might stop by the time the ceremony began. We waited until the last minute to make the decision, and turned to Rebecca for her advice. She guided us with such calm and in end the made the right decision (to have the ceremony in the tent).

They made the ceremony set up look gorgeous! It was perfect in every way, just magical. The bride and groom ( and parents) couldn't be happier!!

It's clear that she is an expert. It's only been 3 days and I've already recommended her to a friend whose daughter is getting married next year.

I don’t even know where to begin…. Rebecca was the best thing to ever happen to my life. She made the whole process of wedding planning peaceful. You just made a great decision. She is experienced and knowledgeable, knows how all the pieces fit together, calm when others are flustered, and organized beyond belief. Our wedding was a bit complicated — tents, generators, mobile kitchen, &c. — and we couldn’t have done it without her. It was a magical evening and we have Rebecca to thank.

Rebecca Sundin and Lovely Indeed Events were instrumental in the final months of our wedding planning, and were true assets on our wedding day. We hired Rebecca for month-of coordination for our June 2022 wedding after a great consultation call. While my husband was convinced we could manage wedding planning on our own, I had insisted that we have a planner/coordinator on board - someone who could be a liaison for vendors, oversee the execution of the day, and make sure everything ran smoothly. When our venue canceled on us less than two months out from our wedding date, we called Rebecca and she not only helped us find other venues to visit, she made sure that the transition was as smooth and seamless as possible. She took every call, e-mail and text from us and had our back throughout the entire process, EVEN THOUGH she wasn’t technically “on board” yet. The number of times both my husband and I would say, “I don’t know what we’d do without Rebecca” became endless, and he couldn’t stop talking about how grateful he was that we had hired her. Having Rebecca allowed us to breathe on our wedding day - she organized our timeline, helped us identify and execute our transportation and shuttle needs, made sure vendor tips were distributed, and much, much more. My only regret is not hiring her for full blown wedding management, but I’m so glad we had her with us in any capacity. Rebecca was our Month Of and Day Of planner for our daughters wedding. Rebecca was recommended by a friend and our photographer. We signed on with her about 18 months before the wedding in Greenport, NY. She was so attentive, enthusiastic, fun and professional from day one. We also signed on for 3 hours of calls leading up the 1 month before. I highly recommend doing this in the early stage of planning. She had amazing ideas and vendor recommendations, which helped us so much. When the we were one month before the wedding Rebecca took over and we all felt a huge relief knowing we now can just relax and enjoy the rest of our time leading up to the wedding. Rebecca and her team were there for the Rehearsal at the church and the day of the wedding. There were a couple of hick ups which were mild and Rebecca quickly handled it.
