As the mother of the bride, I was so impressed with every step of the process working with Rebecca. As the start with helping us work within a tight budget and all of the venders she recommended were exceptional!
She was responsive and pleasant with every question, a true delight to work with.
Then on the big wedding weekend, Rebecca's knowledge, judgment and experience really came through. The bride and groom really wanted the ceremony outside and then in a tent for the reception at Sole East in Montauk. However, it rained both Friday and Saturday, but it looked like it might stop by the time the ceremony began. We waited until the last minute to make the decision, and turned to Rebecca for her advice. She guided us with such calm and in end the made the right decision (to have the ceremony in the tent).
They made the ceremony set up look gorgeous! It was perfect in every way, just magical. The bride and groom ( and parents) couldn't be happier!!
It's clear that she is an expert. It's only been 3 days and I've already recommended her to a friend whose daughter is getting married next year.
We highly recommend Rebecca and her team!!

Rebecca made all my dreams COME TRUE!
I don’t even know where to begin…. Rebecca was the best thing to ever happen to my life. She made the whole process of wedding planning peaceful. She attended to my million questions, my panics and meltdowns and made sure it was the best day of my life. Rebecca went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. My wedding was the day I dreamed of since I was 2 and Rebecca made ever dream I had become a reality. Not to mention, I gained a new life long friend. I could NOT recommend lovely indeed events more. They are what EVERY BRIDE NEEDS! -

Best money I have ever spent. What i thought would be an important vendor decision turned into a two year partnership with planning, re planning, friendship, therapy - you name it. Rebecca immediately “understood the assignment” (as the kids say) and executed flawlessly on a high level, conceptual vision I gave her. I have an incredibly demanding job in finance and knew that I would have to pick a partner i didn’t need to (nor want to!!) micro manage. And boy did I make the right call. If you are getting married anywhere on Long Island, PLEASE utilize Rebecca for her full services. Getting to experience anything less than 200% of her passion, execution, and friendship is just a huge loss to any bride (slash couple). I am more than happy to speak to anyone considering working with Rebecca for as long as you need. That’s how passionate i feel about her, her team, her friendship, and her unmatched skills. -

Rebecca is a god send. We had her plan our full wedding and I know that I would not have been able to do it all without her without having massive stress. Our wedding was in June 2021 and we were constantly navigating all of the COVID guidelines. Rebecca made this so easy - she handled every logistic and had regular check ins with me. She helped guide us to vendors that fit our style and our budget. She kept us on track with our checklist and she put together all of our transportation and hotel accommodations for all of our out of town guests. Our wedding day was flawless. Rebecca truly cares about the couples she works with and she was the best partner to have throughout the entire process. Highly recommend hiring Rebecca if you want to actually enjoy your planning process and your wedding day! -

We hired Rebecca as a month-of coordinator for our wedding. She was so organized, calm and collected that you never had to worry. She was a great resource in recommending local vendors and drew on her experience to provide excellent suggestions to any logistical issues that came up. Her execution on the day was flawless! -

Rebecca planned the wedding our of dreams.
We couldn't be happier with our full service planning experience with Rebecca from Lovely Indeed Events. She is TRULY the best. She is so patient, kind, talented and has the best relationships with the most amazing vendors in Long Island/NYC. She made our Montauk wedding at Sole East aboslutely PERFECT. She is so detail orientated, creative and also local to Long Island so it made the whole process so much easier for us as we were planning the wedding from Boston. She is also super communicative which was always such a relief! If you are planning a wedding in Long Island, look no further than Lovely Indeed! -

Rebecca Sundin and Lovely Indeed Events were instrumental in the final months of our wedding planning, and were true assets on our wedding day. We hired Rebecca for month-of coordination for our June 2022 wedding after a great consultation call. While my husband was convinced we could manage wedding planning on our own, I had insisted that we have a planner/coordinator on board - someone who could be a liaison for vendors, oversee the execution of the day, and make sure everything ran smoothly. When our venue canceled on us less than two months out from our wedding date, we called Rebecca and she not only helped us find other venues to visit, she made sure that the transition was as smooth and seamless as possible. She took every call, e-mail and text from us and had our back throughout the entire process, EVEN THOUGH she wasn’t technically “on board” yet. The number of times both my husband and I would say, “I don’t know what we’d do without Rebecca” became endless, and he couldn’t stop talking about how grateful he was that we had hired her. Having Rebecca allowed us to breathe on our wedding day - she organized our timeline, helped us identify and execute our transportation and shuttle needs, made sure vendor tips were distributed, and much, much more. My only regret is not hiring her for full blown wedding management, but I’m so glad we had her with us in any capacity. She’s an absolute gem and we truly consider her a friend - we love Rebecca and couldn’t imagine our wedding day without Lovely Indeed Events. -
User1890971 Sent on 10/28/2014Rebecca was wonderful, efficient and organized. She dealt with last minute crises and spared us a lot of legwork and aggravation. She really made the month before the wedding easy by advising us and handling a lot of the nitty gritty that needed to happen. Her presence the day of the wedding was calming and helped to deal with last minute glitches. We could not have done it without her smiling presence and calm assistance. It was money well spent for our peace of mind. I would highly recommend Rebecca and her services.
