Carly was an invaluable part of our wedding! After interviewing several coordinators, I was impressed by Carly’s “can do” attitude, attention to detail, and excitement for helping us have the wedding of our dreams. I looked forward to working with her and having her help me with the details during the month leading up to the wedding. However, I had no idea how instrumental she would be! Carly reviewed our contracts, attended appointments with us, remained in contact with all of our vendors, developed timelines for all members of the wedding party and for each vendor, shielded us from any problems or glitches, and helped us to have the wedding day of our dreams. Looking back, my husband and I have commented that we truly do not know how we could have pulled off the day without Carly and her staff. It is obvious that she loves wedding planning and is truly great at what she does. So, if you are looking for a wedding coordinator/planner … get yourself a Carly!

Carly has truly been a savior in our wedding planning. I lost my mother several years ago suddenly and like many girls-we pictured and planned my "perfect" wedding since I was a little girl. My day become even more perfect being able to marry the love of my life-but with the planning came the worry of not having my mom to help. Carly has been there every step of the way-from the initial venue search; to selecting vendors; documentation; detailing; follow ups; I could not have asked for a better planner. She has allowed us to enjoy our engagement by eliminating a lot of the stress and work and taking on so much. Her attention to detail, organization and professionalism is impecable. Carly will forever be one of the best memories of this planning process.

There are only a few things that you plan for from a little girl and the main one being your wedding. When my husband proposed to me I knew how much time & effort we would have to put into our perfect day, being that we both worked full time we knew it would be hard . Thankfully Carly came into our lives. Josh and I were incredibly lucky to have had her help. She always made us feel as though she had everything 100% under control . From the venue down to the florist she was on top of it ! Her organization was outstanding. She was awesome with contacting vendors, making appointments and also attending those appointments with me. Any issue that arose was quickly resolved relieving any stress that may have occurred. Carly created a timeline to keep us organized and on schedule. You do not realize how important a timeline is until the day of your wedding !
I truly do not know how we would have planned this wedding without her help. Carly thank you for making the most important day of our lives so perfect down to every little detail. Highly recommended!!!

Carly did an outstanding job as our wedding planner/coordinator. She was very professional and a pleasure to work with. No matter what the issue Carly was on top of it until she got results. She was very organized and detailed. Communication was great. She made sure to stay in contact with us on a daily basis, and if we had a question she always got right back to us with a fast response. She was fantastic with coordinating all of our vendors. Carly made our wedding planning experience such a breeze for my wife and I. I honestly don’t know how we could of planned our wedding without her. I highly recommend her!!!

Carly was incredible! She helped me out the last few weeks before my wedding, and I couldn’t be happier that she was by my side leading up to my big day! She is extremely professional, very organized, and thought of things and provided suggestions for parts of my wedding day that I never would have imagined to think of on my own.
We got married at a church, and the transition from the ceremony to reception was seamless with the help and leadership of Carly and her assistant. Everyone knew where to go and when to be there. This gave me and my husband time at cocktail hour to spend the with our friends and family to celebrate!
