Little Flower Barn

About

Little Flower Barn is a Lake Isabella property that has been family-owned for over 100 years and is now managed by a father-daughter team. Mike is the property owner, a woodworker and the logistics guy. Sarah is the creative one, your go-to-gal and the details person.

The barn was built in 1910 by Ernest and Helen Faling (Mike's great grandparents), the property was inherited by Vern and Choice Foster (Mike's grandparents) in the 1960s and Mike transformed the barn into a three-story home in the 1980s where he raised his three daughters. Mike's oldest daughter and her husband honored the family's heritage and held their wedding on the property August 6, 2016.

Little Flower Barn with Mike and Sarah go above and beyond in any way they can!

Boy do these two go above and beyond for their events. Mike and Sarah have been the best to work with. We booked their venue 2 years in advance and every time we visited they have made improvements to their site. Still being a relatively new venue it was better than we could have ever asked for. Mike was always so patient with all of our questions over the years and especially the last few months before our wedding day. Always so quick to respond, so pleasant and the best venue owner we could ask for. Thank you Mike and Sarah for making our wedding day come to fruition. Mike and Sarah invest their time and money back into their property and it truly shows how much they care about you and your event. We would highly suggest anyone looking for a great venue with owners who truly care and will go above and beyond for you. Little Flower Barn is the place for you!

The perfect place for our wedding

Our wedding would not have been the same anywhere else. Mike, the owner of Little Flower Barn, is an exceptional person who takes pride in his venue. Family owned and operated, Little Flower has been in Mike's family for generations. The venue offers the perfect backdrop for the wedding ceremony, plus a fun and relaxing location for the reception. Plus a place for the bridal party to stay - all in the same location! It was truly the perfect place for our Woodland Fantasy themed wedding. After the ceremony guests were able to play corn hole on the lawn and in the evening we had a campfire and made s'mores! It was everything we wanted our day to be, thanks to Mike and Little Flower Barn

Most unique, historic and beautiful venue in central MI!

Am I a little bias because the venue owners are my dad, Mike and his partner, Sarah? Sure! Do I think this this venue is one of the most unique, historic and beautiful places to get married in the area? Yes! My dad and Sarah are some of the most giving, creative and hardworking people I know in the wedding industry and I say this as a professional wedding photographer myself who has photographed/filmed dozens of weddings across the state. Any couple would be lucky to work with the Little Flower Barn team and get married on this property!
