The Villa is a fantastic and beautiful venue with lots of options built right in, but my favorite part is their staff. You can tell the quality of a business by the way management treat their employees, and it's clear that they take care of their people by observing the morale of the staff. Nikki, the coordinator, is incredibly sweet and patient, and is always thinking about how she can improve the experience of working at the Villa for her clients as well as the incoming vendors.
