I cannot say enough good things about Lavish Haus! From the very beginning, I changed my mind more times than I can count — yet every single time, she was patient, transparent, and incredibly supportive. Her communication was clear and consistent, and whenever I voiced a concern (or started to spiral a bit!), Samantha handled it with such calm reassurance and kindness that I always felt heard and understood.

The design she created was absolute perfection. It was elegant, timeless, and warm all at once. When the room reveal for our reception happened, my husband and I were stunned. It truly took our breath away.

The Lavish Haus team was absolutely fantastic to work with. We came to them with a few loose ideas for a vision for our home wedding, and they helped us refine that vision and bring it to life. They helped us find an amazing lineup of vendors — photographer, videographer, band, etc. and we could not have been happier with each of them. The Lavish Haus team took care of all of the little details so we could handle the big picture aspects of the wedding. Often, when we asked about a certain wedding detail, they had already taken care of it before we asked. They provided expertise in areas that were completely new to us -- tenting, lighting, signage, and the like — and they knocked them all out of the park. They helped bring creative and personal touches to our wedding in a way that felt uniquely “us.” We could not have been more thrilled with how our wedding turned out and so much of that is because of the support we had from the Lavish Haus team.

Hiring Lavish Haus was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning period. First, we interviewed/spoke with at least 5+ wedding planners and Sam blew us away with her professionalism during our call. We highly recommend scheduling a call and asking a ton of questions to set expectations. Once we booked our venue, Lavish Haus worked with us for over a year to plan and design the wedding of our dreams in Philly. When you’re a type-A perfectionist and want to review every single option available for every vendor, wedding planning can be a fully time job. We put our trust in Lavish Haus to do the initial research and reach out to vendors, and they did fantastic. In some instances, we asked for multiple rounds of new options, and Lavish Haus was responsive and professional in helping us find the right fit – whether it was a vendor they’ve worked with a million times or someone new to them. We could tell from our vendors that the vendors really liked working with Lavish Haus. Once we started working on the nitty gritty aspects of the wedding with Jill, we were blown away with how attentive she was to all of our requests and questions. In some areas we knew exactly what we wanted, and the Lavish Haus team executed perfectly. In other areas, we were clueless, so we heavily relied on their relationships with other vendors, knowledge of the industry, and eye for design. On the day of our wedding, Jill and Summer were organized and calm, and they felt like friends we actually wanted to spend time with on our wedding day. We are forever grateful to Jill and the Lavish Haus team. Hiring a wedding planner is an expensive commitment to make at the beginning of your wedding planning process, but I can’t imagine Lavish Haus letting anyone down – they are truly fantastic!

The design elements were so cool, unique and fun, the planning tools were extremely helpful and the regular communication with Sydney made me feel confident that we were right on track. Planning a wedding is stressful but having the Lavish Haus team made the experience enjoyable, and I’m grateful I had them to ask questions and bounce ideas off of. Not only was the pre-planning and design convos super helpful, but the day of coordination was a life saver too. We had a few issues with some of our other vendors during the wedding (which was the only bad part of the whole process), but once Sydney was made aware she did her best to make it right. All in all, I truly enjoyed working with Sydney and the whole team, and I tell everyone who is engaged or planning to be in the near future to invest in a planner like Lavish Haus. I couldn’t have done it without them!

Loved working with Lavish Haus! Their online software platform made the planning process really organized and to me that’s the number one thing I’m looking for. I interviewed with a few other planners who definitely didn’t have a good organizational/collaborative system in place. To me that says a lot about how the rest of the planning experience will go. I was on that platform every single day. Samantha and the team were all so sweet and patient with me. We laid out early what my top priorities were as well as the things that if gone wrong, would completely derail me. I LOVE that they asked the latter. It really gave us (me) time to set expectations for the day and come up with game plans so that even if unfortunate circumstances (like rain) happened… we were ready. Ultimately everything on my greatest fears list HAPPENED… but it was still the BEST DAY. They were so professional and smooth that in my eyes the day went off without a hitch. A true sign of a successful planner. I DIYed a lot of my decor and their team set EVERYTHING up for me. Truly unreal. I was able to focus on me, the day of my wedding and not lift a finger.


Before I hired Lavish Haus I knew I wanted a planner, from listening to past friends experiences and knowing I didn’t want added stress on my plate. Prior to hiring them I had already spent 6 months looking for a venue and poured hundreds of hours into it. The BIGGEST reason I wanted a planner was so that I wouldn’t have to spend tons of time looking for vendors, as well as limit the amount of stress on my plate. I’m a bit of a control freak (planner’s worst nightmare) so I still spent SOME time looking BUT for the most part they really saved me SO MUCH time by using their connections - and knowing what was in budget and what wasn’t. They did a great job understanding my overall vision for the day and helped me achieve it. They were patient and kind and helped quell my anxiety. I’m honestly sad that it’s all over and I don’t get to work with them anymore!

Sam and the Lavish Haus team were incredible to work with. We came to them with how we envisioned our dream wedding and they exceeded every single expectation we had.
