Daeil has appeared as soloist with orchestras in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut as well as member of Nova Philharmonic, Astoria Symphony, Brooklyn Philharmonic, Bronx Opera, Brooklyn College Opera, St. Martin's orchestra, Ensemble 212, KBS Symphony Orchestra and have recorded for prestigious SONY label and independent labels.
His teachers include Alexander Kouguell, Eric Bartlett, Timothy Eddy, Marion Feldman, Marcy Rosen and Jonathan Spitz. He recently acquired doctoral degree in cello performance at University of Rutgers
Venezuelan born Alí Bello has become one of the most dazzling and sought after violinists, distinguishing himself for his versatility among different music styles in addition to his well-found classical training and multidimensional improvisational skills. Since his surge from El Sistema, the musical education program of his country, and after building upon years of experience in New York, he has become a Latin jazz music figure to be reckoned with.
Ms Thompson pursues a career on both modern and historical instruments. She has won grants from the New York State Council on the Arts and the Lower Manhattan Cultural Council for her work with Bacchanalia Baroque Ensemble, as well as from the Northern Manhattan Arts Association in 2010 for a recording of early American flute music. She was selected to perform live on WHRB, the Harvard University radio station prior to her debut at the Boston Early Music Festival in 2002.
She has appeared with the Mid-Atlantic Opera, Garden State Philharmonic, NJCU Orchestra, Green Mountain Opera Festival, New York Chamber Players, Strathmere Chamber Orchestra, Transfiguration Chamber Orchestra, Amherst Early Music Festival Opera Orchestra, the Grand Tour Orchestra, Longy Festival Orchestra, Lyric Opera of New York, Amato Opera, Tafelmusik Festival Orchestra, Greenwich Village Symphony Orchestra, Opera Ozarks, and Di Capo Opera; chamber music performances with the Harlem Creates Festival, Zephyr Trio, Trinity Bach Soloists, and New York Continuo Collective. Education: M.A. and B.M., Queens College (CUNY); flute studies with Jed Wentz, Keith Underwood, and Samuel Baron.
