Facilities and Capacity
Couples can accommodate up to 750 guests at this Long Island venue, situated 37 miles east of Manhattan. If a couple prefers to say their “I do’s” inside, this luxurious country club offers their Lenox Room. This gorgeous space boasts elegant chandeliers, wood floors, and gold accents. It is also ideal for intimate receptions with 130 guests or less. To-be-weds may also exchange their vows outside underneath a charming white gazebo, with the Bethpage Black golf course as a backdrop. For lavish receptions, their Conservatory Ballroom is ready. This 6,800-square-foot room overlooks 1,500 acres of rolling hills through its floor-to-ceiling French doors and windows. It boasts an open floor plan, soaring ceilings, and gleaming hardwood floors. It also features two adjacent terraces, perfect for late-night s’mores or as a quiet retreat.

Look no further!
We cannot get over how amazing our experience was with the Heritage Club for our 1/14/23 wedding! We worked with Danielle, a sales coordinator, throughout our wedding planning and she was incredible to work with. She was attentive to our preferences as a couple, extremely responsive to all calls and emails, and worked tirelessly to make our wedding day seamless. She was able to accommodate a change in timing, allowed us to bring both sets of parents to multiple meetings, tastings, and vendor showcase. She even stayed late on our wedding day to see the beginning of our reception go off without a hitch. Our Maitre d’, Edgar, and Bridal attendant, Janet, were amazing day of. I did not feel as though i needed to hire a day of coordinator at all. I gave them a detailed list for all the items we dropped off (guest book, pictures, etc.) All of our items were perfectly in place. He even transported cards/gifts to a safe during the reception to ensure their safety. Janet was so incredibly attentive throughout the evening. She had a copy of my shot list with the photographer and coordinated every family photo to ensure we had all the pictures we wanted. She constantly made sure I had a fresh lip applied and not a hair was out of place for every photo. My husband and I really appreciated that she brought us into the bridal suite right before cocktail hour to make sure we ate and hydrated before mingling with all of our guests. We absolutely wouldn’t have eaten all night if she hadn’t done that lol. I cannot recommend the heritage club enough for your event or wedding. My guests felt absolutely doted upon, the bartenders were fantastic, and the entire staff will make sure you have a blast on your day! -
