Facilities and Capacity
Couples can accommodate up to 750 guests at this Long Island venue, situated 37 miles east of Manhattan. If a couple prefers to say their “I do’s” inside, this luxurious country club offers their Lenox Room. This gorgeous space boasts elegant chandeliers, wood floors, and gold accents. It is also ideal for intimate receptions with 130 guests or less. To-be-weds may also exchange their vows outside underneath a charming white gazebo, with the Bethpage Black golf course as a backdrop. For lavish receptions, their Conservatory Ballroom is ready. This 6,800-square-foot room overlooks 1,500 acres of rolling hills through its floor-to-ceiling French doors and windows. It boasts an open floor plan, soaring ceilings, and gleaming hardwood floors. It also features two adjacent terraces, perfect for late-night s’mores or as a quiet retreat.

This full-service venue only hosts one wedding per day, in order to give to-be-weds the time and attention they deserve. Heritage Club at Bethpage's experienced event staff is dedicated to exceeding expectations and will work with couples during their entire planning process. Their talented culinary team is composed of renowned chefs and industry leaders, who will ensure each meal delights couples and their guests alike. On the big day, Edgar, the maitre d', was nothing short of exceptional. He meticulously double and triple-checked every detail, ensuring that everything was perfect and ran smoothly. His attention to detail kept me completely stress-free, and he truly took charge of every aspect, allowing me to enjoy the day without a worry in the world.
Janet, my bridal attendant, was a lifesaver! She helped me with everything—fixing my hair, adjusting my dress, adding lip gloss—every little thing that made me feel comfortable and confident. She was like a personal angel, ensuring I looked and felt my absolute best all day long.
The staff at The Heritage Club went above and beyond to make my parents and in-laws feel like royalty. Their special treatment made the entire family feel incredibly cherished and taken care of.
And let’s talk about the food! It was out of this world. Every guest raved about the exquisite quality, flavor, and presentation. The service was impeccable, with staff attending to every guest’s needs with a smile.
