Lake O’ The Woods Estate is a mansion wedding venue located in Warrenton, North Carolina. This private home is available for engagement parties, elopements, rehearsal dinners, ceremonies, and receptions. Settled on 85 acres of land, the Manor House provides a spacious space for weddings.

Facilities and Capacity

The 6,000-square-foot Manor House features tall ceilings and warm pine floors. Couples can entertain their guests in the home’s various common rooms such as the library or The Parlour. The family room features a screened porch which overlooks the pool and terrace. The formal dining room and the large kitchen can accommodate couples and their guests for a rehearsal dinner. With guest rooms, the Manor House can host couples and their wedding party overnight. The Grounds has four cabin accommodations, stables, ten ponds, work sheds, a pool, and a tennis court. This venue can accommodate up to 300 people in its various event spaces. With get-ready-rooms on-site, couples and their wedding party can comfortably prepare for the big day.

Services Offered

Lake O’ The Woods is willing to accommodate each couples’ needs and wishes with a personalized package. Couples can hire outside vendors or request an all-inclusive package from the venue. With an all-inclusive package, their staff can arrange the officiant, wedding flowers, a DJ for entertainment, and wedding cake and cutting services. Their event team is happy to manage the setup and cleanup of events. A variety of items are available to rent, including tables, chairs, linens, glassware, candles, place settings, photo booths, furniture, dance floors, and audio equipment.

Accommodation

We sleep up to 30 guests. Lodging is available at the Manor House, which has six bedrooms for 12 guests. Private accommodations are available at The Carriage House, Clementine’s Cottage, Henry’s Cabin and Pool House. Packages may include use of the full-service gym and exercise facility.

Location

Raleigh, Durham, Oxford, Rocky Mount and Henderson are all 60 minutes from the venue. Traveling guests can easily access the venue from Raleigh-Durham International Airport. For adventurous couples, Lake O’ The Woods Estate is nearby many local and state parks.
