Facilities and Capacity
The Cornealius Properties has a variety of beautiful spaces where couples can leap into their marital adventure. Whimsical lights adorn the trees throughout the property, offering guidance down the winding trails. You and your loved ones will find many pathways leading to picturesque backdrops for wedding photos—a wooden arbor area with climbing vines, a swing, and a glittering pond. The Birdsong Chapel is light and airy and submerged in a woodland setting where you can say "I do" amidst trees and singing birds. Up to 200 guests can witness your celebration while sitting on antique pews under beautiful chandeliers. The Carriage Hall provides an enchanting setting for your reception. Featuring 28-foot-high cathedral ceilings and ample space for dining and dancing, you'll have an evening to remember here. Couples and guests can enjoy a cocktail hour and grab a breath of fresh air on the covered patio. The Honeymoon House and The Camp both offer chic and relaxing rooms where you and your wedding squad can prepare for the day ahead. The Family House is lovingly furnished and has four luxuriously comfortable bedrooms for overnight accommodation.

The team at The Cornealius Properties are professionals when it comes to hosting weddings and would love to bring your vision to life. Decorative items and stylish furnishings can be provided to complete the venue. The staff will happily drive you and your photographers by golf cart to the breathtaking photo sites for your wedding album. A 1931 "Model A" Ford is also available to hire for a lavish chauffeur experience.

A Dream Venue
This is very much a family operation. Don (owner) is very responsive to any questions, though his communication style can be a bit short. We did have a little trouble with the broader location though, like delivery fees from vendors based in Raleigh and not many hotel options or activities to recommend in Goldsboro. We decided the venue was worth it though!
