Birdsong Chaple is a 1728 sq ft open air chapel white chapel in a woodland setting outside Goldsboro, NC. A wedding experience that is up close with nature, under the protection of a roof! Surrounded by trees, the birds literally surround you in song! Antique pews provide seeting for 200 guests. Beautiful chandeliers and white woodwork create a beautiful scene. Ceiling fans keep air moving in the open air chapel.

Carriage Hall is a 3100 sq ft all white aesthetic, heated and cool reception space for dining an dancing. The hall has 28ft high cathedral cielings with beautifuyl chandliers, a 1700 ft covered patio and a 2000 ft courtyard under a canopy of string lights.The front of Carriage Hall has five sets of white carriage doors and a row of windows acorss the front making for a very classic barn look.

The Honeymoon House is an entire home for use by the bride and bridesmaids, it has been completly referbished and is an all white aesthetic on the exterior. Inside there are beautiful gold mirriors, beige walls and qntique furnature, a full kitchen and two full restrooms as well as two queen size beds in their own rooms and one bedroom has been made in to a hair and make up room with a countertop and stools.

The Camp is a rustic log cabin looking entire home for use of the groom and groomsmen, it has been completly referbished and has plenty of room for "hanging out" on wedding day. It is more of a "man cave" with taxidermyed animals and raw wood. It has one bedroom with a queen and full size bed, one full bath, a few couches and a full kitchen as well as the most often enjoyed outdoor fireplace, girll, basketball goal and cornhole boards.

There is a large pond with a beautiful dock on the property and a small "Boathouse" that is one of our favorite picture spots.

My great grandfaters 1931 Model A Ford is the perfect "get away" car, it can be arranged that you be chauffeured away for a brief drive and photo op at additional cost. More information can be provided.

The Couples Cottage is the perfect place for the couple to stay on the property the night of their wedding at an additional cost. More information can be provided.

The Family House is also available for those traveling from out of town at additional cost. More information can be provided.

Absolutely Beautiful Venue and Excellent Owners

Cornelius Properties is a one of a kind venue. We had our wedding there just a couple of weeks ago, and it was a magical experience. The property is uniquely gorgeous and the owner, Don, is wonderful to work with. He is kind and responds quickly to questions. I would highly recommend this venue!!

Brooke set out to become a flower farmer in the fall of 2019, just before COVID-19 effected everyone. Brooke had always dreamed of owning her own wedding venue, since she was a young girl. She dreamed of growing the flowers on her farm and using them to decorate for events for her loved ones, to help them properly celebrate life's joyous occasions! After years of trying to convince her mother and father to become her business partners they said "YES", The Cornealius Properties construction began in march of 2021 and has been the talk of the town since.
