Working with Janine from Lace and Champagne Events was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. We booked the “Mend the End” package, and it ended up being exactly what we needed. From the moment Janine stepped in, everything felt easier. She was incredibly organized, calm, and genuinely pleasant to work with, the kind of person you immediately trust with something as important as your wedding day. On the day itself, she executed everything flawlessly. Every detail was handled, the timeline flowed seamlessly, and we were actually able to be fully present and enjoy the day without worrying about a single thing. If you think you don't need a day of coordinator, trust me--you do. Janine is that girl!! My husband and I decided to plan our wedding in just under two months and it was daunting. Lace and Champagne Events was recommended to us by our venue Stone Brewing and it was the perfect fit. She's so flexible, provided us with great guides and recommendations and kept us on track. We really appreciate that she was able to meet with us and understood exactly what we wanted and what we didn't. It includes a lot more than just seeing her the day of, she's a wealth of knowledge the entire time. She was familiar with the space, communicated with all of our vendors, and kept everything moving as it should. We had an issue with some of the wedding party not showing, Janine was ready and kept me calm haha. I am a classic overthinker and she allowed me to be fully present and enjoy the day while she took care of all the extra details. Again, i think most people are planning a wedding for the first time and try to cut where you can. Do yourself a favor, hire Janine and this woman will literally relieve you of so much stress from the whole process. Highly recommend!!

Even though we booked them for day-of services, it felt like we had a full support team making sure nothing slipped through the cracks. They brought such a calm, confident energy that immediately made us feel like we were in good hands.

A week before the wedding, rain was in the forecast, and Janine had already coordinated with the venue to make sure the pop-up tents were ready if needed. That preparation put our minds at so much ease.

On the wedding day, they moved like a SEAL team. Efficient, organized, and somehow everywhere at once. Every detail and the schedule were handled so smoothly that we were able to just fully enjoy, spend time with friends and family, and soak (almost quite literally) in the day without worrying about logistics.

Lace & Champagne Events were fantastic to work with. My wife and I needed a day of coordinator as part of the contract with our wedding venue and Lace & Champagne were one of our venue's recommended vendors, and it's easy to see why. We got to work with Janine, the owner of L&C, as our month of coordinator and she was fantastic at helping us organize the final details of our wedding. Janine answered many of our questions in the months leading up to our wedding and in the month of our wedding provided even more support by providing us clear checklists that we can follow as well as advice on how to structure our wedding timeline to make it as smooth as possible. We were a little slow on getting some of our last decorations ideas to her and her team but even with the short notice she made sure our vision came to life. The day of the wedding was a whirlwind but her and her assistant, Adrianna, handled the set up and made sure myself and my wife were able to use the time before the ceremony to clear our minds and not worry about setting everything up. They worked with our DJ, photographer, and vendors to keep a concise timeline and make sure everything went smoothly from ceremony to reception. Adrianna stayed till the very end and quarter backed the venue staff to make sure everything was broken down quickly and all our personal items and decorations made it back with us! We'd recommend Lace & Champagne to any of our friends who plan to get married in San Diego County for their professionalism, clear communication and for how kind and helpful Janine and her team was with answering even the most basic of questions.
