Facilities and Capacity
La Rio Mansion provides seven acres of lush fields nestled against the Leon River, available for indoor and outdoor affairs from two to 250 people. It’s a short drive from Austin and Waco, with an array of various accommodations available for your guests to stay. The mansion’s main ballroom offers 5,000 square feet of space, with high ceilings, elegant light fixtures, and plenty of windows providing natural light. The open concept structure allows couples to get creative with the space, and create any unique theme they prefer. The courtyard features a crystal-clear pool, natural stone border, and elegant fountain for romantic photo sessions. Guests can enjoy the cocktail hour under the elegant string lights, with a view of the manicured hedges surrounding them. The outdoor yard area is covered with mature oak trees, panoramic views, and plenty of space for your guests to watch you exchange your vows. You and your wedding party can prepare in style at the venue’s two get-ready suites, with plenty of lounge furniture to relax before the ceremony. Romantic archways, idyllic gardens, and stone pathways adorn the mansion, creating a magical effect for any couple’s big day.
