We worked with L&B events for our wedding in July 2023. Lisa was absolutely amazing throughout the entire wedding planning process and was extremely accommodating to our crazy work schedules. She made sure all our expectations were met for our wedding day between all the vendor calls and coordinating with our venue. Our day of team was also remarkable and we could not imagine getting through our wedding day without them. Between managing our wedding day schedule, managing our families and bridal party, making sure we were fed, and packing our cars at the end of the night, they handled everything so well and kept everything on track. Choosing a wedding planner can be really difficult. I had many interviews with planners and just didn’t feel like I found the right one. I finally hit some luck and met with Betsy from L&B events. I knew this was the perfect fit for our wedding planning needs. Betsy and Christie were very kind and knowledgeable. They had excellent recommendations for all the vendors. They even helped manage some of the difficult vendors and any issues that arose. They were really on top of everything and made sure we were also.

Betsy and Christie were extremely knowledgeable In helping us determine the timeline and were very good about keeping us on time. They were there when we needed anything and even helped us remember the small things like drinking water or eating food which was a life saver! They even helped me fix up my hair and make up before my second entrance. Betsy and Christie went above and beyond. They sat with us at odd hours of the day helping us plan the wedding and spent extra time helping finalize late into the night the days before the big day!

Planning an Indian wedding can be tricky in itself. Betsy and Christie were familiar with all the customs, items we needed for
Them and even had vendor recommendations on where to get items needed. They even offered to help us get the items, Store the items and organize our welcome bags for the hotel. It was so nice to not have to explain these customs to them or explain Indian cultural expectations for the wedding.

The two of them worked so effortlessly together and made every event flow perfectly. Everything was on time and they helped us created a schedule where everyone was having fun at all times. They knew the best order of which to have the events and their recommendations were spot on. They were able to help us come up with a schedule that kept all our guests entertained and partying til the very last moment. Everyone who attended our wedding said it was the best wedding they had ever been to and that was all thanks to Betsy and Christie. They were so organized and detail oriented that the event went off seamlessly. There was not a single problem I had to face the sangeet or the day of the wedding. They took care of everything and even when I followed up on tasks they said don’t worry it was already taken care of.

Christine and Betsy made my husband and I feel so relieved and we actually got to enjoy our big day. We are so unbelievably grateful for them and all they did for us to make our big day so special. I am a very hard person to please as I aim to be perfectionist and have high standards and Betsy and Christie exceeded all my expectations. I have recommended L&B events countless times to all my friends and family members getting married and I highly recommend them to you as well.

I would not have been able to get through planning my wedding without Betsy and her team! Like most people my fiancé and I had never planned a wedding before and having Betsy with us every step of the way to bounce ideas off of, remind us of things and coordinate with all our vendors made the wedding planning process way less stressful. Betsy was very responsive and made herself available to us anytime we had a questions. The process of selecting vendors, which was what I dreaded the most, ended up being a breeze with all the great research and recommendations that Betsy provided.
