Nicole did our floral, day of coordination, and everything in between! She made our day run so smoothly, and we were able to enjoy it knowing Nicole was taking care of everything we needed. The flowers she put together were absolutely gorgeous, and she set up all of the decor better than I could have imagined. Also everyone NEEDS a day of coordinator! Nicole will make your day beautiful and stress free. Also I felt extremely comfortable letting her make decorating decisions , and she was so easy to talk to/coordinate with. 10/10 recommend Nicole and her team!

We were married exactly a month ago today, and we had Nicole as our wedding planner. In the beginning, it was difficult to plan the wedding ourselves as nobody would get back to us. But, once we had Nicole's help, she was able to help book and get into contact with anyone we needed! Throughout the wedding planning process Nicole was very professional and informative. When she wasn't available for a phone call she always made sure that we would set one up for a future date, and could always text/email with any questions we had. We also had an in person meeting with her that helps solidify special details. When we were getting more stressed as the date crept closer, she always had a positive attitude and an upbeat personality.
Wedding day is where Nicole and her staff really flourish! They were attentive to not only my needs, but the groom, groomsmen, and bridesmaids. Always asking if things were going okay, going over things, and making sure that people were eating and drinking throughout the day. One of my bridesmaids straps snapped and they sewed it back on in no time! Not only that, but she works very well with your budget. Her floral job is amazing! My wedding bouquets were gorgeous, and everything I dreamed of.

I hired Knots and Kisses to do day-of coordinating for my daughter's wedding. Nicole was helpful with some suggestions before the event, but even though we had talked several times prior to the day and I wrote out specific instructions for decorations, etc., much of this was not done. This included the tables set incorrectly, items such as guest towels and napkins not put out, seating chart not followed so that honored quests were in the back, and floral arrangements not placed as discussed, just to name a few. The worst thing was that Nicole did not show up the day of the wedding, but sent an assistant who was ill-prepared to run things according to the plan. I found out about this substitution when I arrived 45 minutes before the ceremony. In addition, the assistant left as soon as dinner was over instead of staying for the entire event as the contract states, and took with her envelopes I had given to her to distribute to my vendors. I found out about that a week later when one of them called me to settle my bill. I hired a planner to take care of the details so that I could enjoy my daughter's wedding and it turned out to be much more stressful then if I had planned to do everything myself.
