Absolutely gorgeous and the owner is so sweet!

This venue is absolutely beautiful!!! I love how versatile it is and the chic industrial look of the space. The price is extremely reasonable for the number of amenities you get and this looks like a beautiful place to hold a wedding or any special event you might have. I believe the number of seated guests you can have is 120 or 125 (can't remember exactly but it somewhere around that) so it would be ideal for a medium-sized or smaller event. Since I just graduated college and my budget is extremely low for a 100+ person wedding (I'm talking $8,000 for EVERYTHING like venue, food, drinks, dress, decorations, wait staff, DJ, photographer--- I know, it's a tall order hahahahah), I couldn't make the cost work out for this venue, but I wanted to book so incredibly badly. If you have a slightly larger budget than I do, this venue would be absolutely perfect for you. P.S. Heather, the owner of the venue and the in-house wedding planner is the sweetest!! She is so incredibly helpful and always responded to my questions promptly and with very thorough answers. Also, she offers a great wedding planning package to help cut down on some of your planning stress (which is much needed for any bride/groom). I would definitely recommend exploring this venue and selecting it for your next big event! -Annie
