I wanted to update my review as I was lucky enough to be able to work with Kim again in June 2022. Kim is such an amazing human being and photographer and working with her has been such an awesome experience. I cried when Kim left our postponed wedding celebration because I knew there wouldn't be another celebration we'd be working together for. Her work is absolutely stunning. I truly cannot get over how incredible her photos are. If you want to feel comfortable and have absolutely beautiful photos of your special day, stop what you're doing right now and book Kim.

September 2020 Wedding Review: Writing a review for Kim is like writing about your best friend - where do you even begin?! After spending hours looking up photographers that were way over budget, my husband came back to me with Kim. The second I saw her photos I knew I needed to connect with her. Setting up time to talk to Kim was always so easy throughout the whole planning process and our initial talk was no different. We spoke for over an hour and I knew getting off the phone that I wanted Kim to be our photographer. We exchanged a ton of emails in the months following, and Kim was so supportive when we had to make the decision of postponing our big wedding to 2021 because of COVID. Kim was so flexible with everything we threw at her, which included our minimony in September. Having Kim in our corner to help us plan our 30 person event made me so excited to work with her for our 200 person event next year. The day of our minimony, Kim was absolutely amazing. She kept us on our planned timeline and made sure we got all the shots we wanted and more. Our families could not stop talking about how great Kim is. Kim sent us our sneak peek photos the same weekend and when I saw them I cried. The photos were absolutely beautiful and I can't wait to see the rest! If you are thinking about booking Kim then stop what you're doing and book her RIGHT. NOW. She is professional, responsive, reasonably priced, and just an overall amazing person and photographer!!!!

She captured us in our true moments, not staged, and the photos turned out beyond amazing ✨ So beautiful, natural, and full of life. Loved the Polaroid and film shots too 📷 She was so kind and genuine, and having her there made me feel calm, happy, and truly cared for 💛 So lucky she was our photographer.

Kim was absolutely wonderful to work with. I had admired her work for a long time, so I was thrilled to finally connect with her for a consultation. We ended up chatting for over an hour, and the moment I hung up, I told my husband, “We have to hire her.” That decision turned out to be one of the best we made for our wedding.

When I was starting my search for wedding photography, a friend told me not to underestimate how much time you spend with your photographer. And from my initial conversation with Kim (which was supposed to be 30 minutes but lasted 60 because she's so easy to talk to and get along with) I knew that I would enjoy every minute we spent together on wedding day. My husband and I felt entirely comfortable in front of Kim, like we could really be ourselves, which is a testament to her friendly and welcoming nature. She was somehow everywhere and nowhere all at once - she captured everything and everyone but blended in with our wedding that you felt like she was a friend who should have been there all along. Kim is so incredibly talented, captures the big moments perfectly while also finding the beauty in the small details, and the quality of every image is unmatched. I’ve lost count of how many people have told us, “Your photographer was incredible!” And I couldn’t agree more.

Kim was an absolute delight to work with!! She is so talented, creative, warm, professional, flexible, and attentive – we could not have asked for a better photographer. Her style catered to us as a couple while still holding true to her own unique perspective of what to focus on. She has such a good eye! We are so happy and thrilled that we chose Kim as our photographer. Kim meshed with us and we instantly hit it off with her. Me and my husband are not the type of people who feel comfortable taking a lot of photos, but Kim made us feel super comfortable, and we never felt awkward. Our wedding party also felt super comfortable with Kim and it really shows in our pictures. Her quality of work is amazing and she really gets all those little intimate details photographed. Kim did a great job of making sure we all felt comfortable in front of the camera, and was great with reminding us all to take a breath and reset those smiles. To describe Kim in one adjective (talented, amazing, incredible) simply won’t cut it. She is everything you want and need in a wedding photographer. We were so thankful to have had her photograph our wedding last year. Throughout working with her, we found her to be kindhearted, fun, friendly, detailed, and thoughtful. She makes her couples feel seen and heard, at every step in the process. We write this review after having had our photos for a while now, and we can honestly say that we love seeing them (digitally and physically) every single time. Each time we look at the album we notice another detail that we haven’t noticed before. She doesn’t just capture the couple in a bright light - she also captures your loved ones in such a special way, too. We had so much fun sending photos afterwards to our friends and family - killin’ it on the dance floor or having a conversation at a table. We had our wedding on a rather warm summer day, and not once did she lose her enthusiasm or professionalism, despite running around and ensuring all the shots were captured. The photos are exactly how you want to remember your special day; they are gorgeous, fun, unique, detailed, and simply brilliant in every way. If you are lucky enough to have Kim capture your wedding, book now… I promise you won’t regret it!

After my (now) husband and I booked our venue we knew the next vendor that we needed to hire was a photographer. I was a semi crazy bride and I probably interviewed over 10+ photographers. We were looking for someone who not only took gorgeous, bright photos but also someone we could personally connect to. As soon as we had our introductory call, we knew Kim was the one! She was so warm and thoughtful during our call - really trying to understand our love story and how we wanted our wedding to be like. I actually cried during our intro call - that's how safe I felt around her.

About a couple months after we signed our contract, Kim reached out to schedule our engagement shoot. This is when my husband and I really got to connect with Kim and knew we 1000% made the right choice. Kim was super organized (which we loved) with scheduling the time, picking the location and coordinating the meet up. She made us feel so comfortable and she captured the most stunning photos. She kept us engaged and prompted questions and actions to make sure our engagement photos really captured who we were as a couple and didn't feel posed. She got to learn our goofy personalities and it was a great practice run for our big day.

Now for our wedding ... omg I cannot put to words what amazing photos Kim and her team took. We just got our final gallery and it immediately brought us to tears. She was able to capture the perfect balance of posed photos but also candids. Her detail photos made it possible to re-live every moment of the day again. She also made sure we captured all our family portraits (even though they were super large). She truly felt like a best friend who was around during out most special day who just happened to also snap a lot of photos. Our bridal party loved having her around and we were all so comfortable.

She made prepping for our wedding day as effortless and stress free as possible. Before our wedding we had calls to walk through our shot list, timelines. She was super engaged and organized - giving all the tips she could to keep us on track. She delivered our sneak peeks SO quickly. We had them a couple days after our wedding to enjoy and cry over them while we were on our honeymoon. She also delivered our final gallery within 2 months!

I can't recommend Kim enough- she's not just a super talented photographer but she's also a beautiful soul who has truly become our friend through this whole process. Can't wait to keep re-living our wedding day through her photos!!

Kim is the exact person that you need during the wedding planning process and especially on your wedding day. She is effortlessly interested, attentive and present. Kim is just as excited and energetic as you are and is there to guide you when needed but always keeps the vision of you and your partner in mind.

We instantly connected with her on our first phone call and booked her immediately. She jumped at the idea of our NYC engagement session, scheduled us with a quick turnaround and scouted the perfect location. She even relished in the unexpected snow we had at our shoot and capitalized on it rather than shying away. Neither of us had ever had our photos professionally taken but she was able to make us feel totally comfortable in front of the camera while eloquently giving direction and cueing when needed.

We had full confidence in Kim going into the wedding day. The day of, she was the perfect medley of personable and professional. Kim and her team dove right in and got to work. They made themselves known when needed and were able to capture the best candid photos because you truly forgot they were there. She was able to wrangle our large bridal party and large family photos with ease. She got all of our requested shots and didn’t miss a beat. Kim truly has an amazing eye and can easily jump between finding the best candid, spur of the moment and natural photos but is able to get the more formal, traditional photos as well.

We knew how amazing Kim was but our family, bridal party and guests solidified it. Still to this day they continue to rave about how special of a person and how talented of a photographer Kim.

Kim is a total professional. She is proactive, timely and adaptable. She delivered us our sneak peeks in record time and we’re able to have to photos to gush over 72 hours later as we were on our honeymoon. Kim is a true talent and we absolutely loved working with her.

From our first conversation to now (months post wedding), Kim has been INCREDIBLE! Please stop looking for a photographer and hire Kim. When we first started searching for a photographer, we were struck by Kim's ability to capture the genuine emotion in each and every photograph.
